Right on Marina Waterfront. Super pool (2 infact). Reception manned after 2pm. It would be nice if it was manned after 10am for bookings. The "booking" apps are too variable on pricing. It would be nice to book direct at a fixed price.

The property Manager, is also doing the cleaning, the kitchen, the reception without a receptionist. Bedsheets are dirty upon arrival, requested to be replaced. The manager/ cleaner saud yes! But, 1 person doing everything, more than likely you would forget! Tha was the case! Unfortunately, this a good hotel, but lack of manpower, it was allowed to drop to the minimum standard! It"s sad to see the hotel was neglected.

The view of the beautiful boats from our balcony was lovely. Didnt like that they didnt come to change your towels or make the beds each day. There is none at the front desk till 2pm everyday and they dont pick up the phone. Rooms need a good up grade ( curtains were all shredded like a cat had got to it ) the taps were hilarious as when you turned them on you were sprayed with souch water you needed to change your wet clothes 😄 Its a nice place and very well priced however just needs a an extremely good upgrade.

The male tall bold staff member was super nice the room had a sticker for a number theres dust in the carpet edges and the tv had no wifi access even though i was told it was a standard tv it does indeed connect to wifi if u set it up properly. The elevator kept freezing. The toilet seat was broken. Food was nice though. Staff super polite.

We had a confirmed booking, but just before arrival, the hotel suddenly cancelled our reservation via message. After several messages back and forth, they offered us another room. But when we arrived and opened the door, we were shocked to find the room already occupied! We ended up sleeping in our car with two young kids – absolutely unacceptable and completely unprofessional. No proper communication, no responsibility, and no help from the staff. Would never recommend this place to anyone.

Property needs maintenance, lock to balcony door was broken and hanging off, not secure and mould in shower. The only positive was the fantastic service we received by the gentleman that worked in the kitchen, he was extremely helpful, unlike reception staff member. Properly and rooms need a good clean and rooms need renovation.

For a budget option its a good choice - quiet. No traffic around. Indercover parking. Lift not just stairs. A few blocks drive away is a decent park. From the motel, you can walk along looking at harbour boats. Nice pool with baby pool on side (it is not a spa). Not heated, but we had a nice swim. There is a table tennis table but someone needs to donate another set of kmart bats as they are all broken. I would not pay more to stay here though. It is rundown and unkept. Unkept includes: - room doors replaced and will not open, but reception is closed every day until midday - you are locked out. - kids going to play big chess set and walking through smashed glass bottle. I got a broom and swept it up. - things like no handle in the shower to open or close the shower door. - if you want even 1 knife, you need to go get it from the cafe or a plate etc. Nothing is kept in rooms. No toaster due to fire alarms. - cafe had the worst coffee ive ever paid for and ive paid for instant coffee. The kids had a waffle and icecream and it was okay. I got eggs and bacon. Couldn't eat the eggs or the toast. Ate the bacon. - tv would not work. When i found staff they said it was new and only 4 moths old but it freezes so you have to turn it off at the power board every time befire using it. Maybe they couls note that somewhere for every single person who has no working tv in that room.
