Beautiful beachfront two bedroom apartment is available for letting from from Saturday 27th Dec. 2025 to 10th Jan. 2026.
This apartment is very spacious and will at maximum sleep a family of six.
I am accepting lettings from Saturday 27th December to Saturday 10th January in minimum lots of one week beginning on 27th December and or 3rdJanuary 2025. The property has a balcony and is air conditioned . the unit will sleep a maximum of six people. There is an ensuite to the main bed room queen size and also a further bath and bedroom two singles or double. A laundry is included. a fold out divan in the living area provides accommodation for two people. The Kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary crockery and cutlery. All linen with the exception of beach towels is supplied . Two televisions with Foxtel are included one in the living area and the other in the main bedroom. The property includes 75% under cover secure parking and we are able also to direct you to other free parking .
The resort includes pool, kids pool, spa, sauna, gym, children's play room and half tennis courts. Children will love the small amusement park with all its novelties and rides set up just across the street. The Beach House is situated right in the heart of Coolangatta opposite the main Coolangatta beach and has immediate access to shops and restaurants . Kira beach is just around the headland and beautiful rainbow bay is on the southern side.
Buses to the theme parks are available at the door. Walk across the boulevard and you are on the main Coolangatta beach.
Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a kitchen, a washing machine, and 2 bathrooms.

Wonderful, Relaxing Holiday, everything so close by.

We had a wonderful, relaxing holiday at the Beach House. The apartment was very clean and very well equipped. A huge thank you to Robert, the time-share owner who was very friendly and helpful with the booking details and prompt replies to any questions we had in between. We really appreciated his call after our stay to wish us a Happy New Year and to see how our holiday went. The staff at the Beach House are really friendly and any requests are handled with a smile. On the first night the parking was a bit of a problem due to the peak holiday season and we had to park on the street, but for the rest of the stay we were able to find a car park. The apartments are so well located, everything available within a short walking distance - beach across the road, wonderful selection of restaurants, especially enjoyed Bin 72 in the Strand Complex. Woolworths and Aldi very close by, cinemas and many other shops to enjoy :) Again, thanks to Robert for everything. Looking forward to coming back again sometime soon. Karon Noosa Heads
