This comfortable first-floor apartment (walk up) offers everything you need for a relaxed Southern Gold Coast getaway, accommodating up to four guests with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The master bedroom features a queen bed and private ensuite, while the second bedroom offers two king single beds, making it ideal for couples, families or friends travelling together. Ceiling fans throughout ensure year-round comfort.

The spacious open-plan living and dining area is designed for easy holiday living, complete with comfortable furnishings, air-conditioning, unlimited Wi-Fi and a private balcony where you can enjoy ocean views and the refreshing sea breeze.

Keys
Keys are to be collected from and returned to our office at 76 Griffith Street Coolangatta. Our office is an approximate 6 minute drive south of the property and 6 minute drive south of the GC Airport.

Linen
Holiday properties are equipped with blankets/ doonas and pillows and protectors, however please remember to bring your own personal linen including sheets, pillow cases, towels and tea towels. We also suggest you bring with you soaps, dishwashing liquid, toilet paper etc. Linen can be hired at a reasonable cost, we will provide details once your booking is confirmed.

The Unit was as described online. Booking was easy and check in/check out was excellent. Very friendly, pleasant and helpful staff @ D.J. Stringer. The Unit is older but well maintained and clean. It was quiet, in a good location and well appointed with everything we needed.
