I am accepting lettings from Saturday 27hth December to 10th January in minimum lots of one week beginning on 27th Dec. and or 3rd Jan, 2026.
The property has h a large living area and balcony and is air conditioned the unit will sleep a maximum of six people.
There is an ensuite to the main bed room (queen) and also a further bath room and bed-room.(two singles or double) A laundry is included. A fold out divan in the large living area provides accommodation for a further two people.
The Kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary crockery and cutlery. All linen with the exception of beach towels is supplied . Two televisions with Foxtel included one in the living area and the other in the main bedroom. the property includes 75% under cover secure parking
and we are also to direct you to other free parking .
There is a sauna, gym, children's play room and half tennis courts. Children will love the small amusement park with all its novelties and rides set up just across the road. The Beach House absolute beach front situated right in the heart of Coolangatta opposite the main Coolangatta beach and has immediate access to shops and restaurants .
Buses to the theme parks are available at the door

Best Location and Convenience
Rob's two bedrooms apartment is located at beach house which is less than 5 mins walk to the Coolangatta beach, very convenient location to the restaurant and supermarket. The property is well maintained, when we arrived the staff is very warm welcome and gave us a run down the activities during the week. The apartment itself is clean and comfortable and spacious, plus we have the large balcony which we watch the firework during our stay. We will definitely going back and highly recommended to anyone.

Please note: This and host’s similar listings are actually a time share apartment. So the apartment you’re allocated is random = views in the photo are not what you may get. These photos are from the centre front of the building - there are other apartments at the sides and back, with views obstructed. This should be explained in the comments. Transparency is required. You may only get water glimpses. Staff at the resort are superb! Location is excellent, across the road from the beach, above restaurants and shops only a block away. Beach House Resort has good facilities too, although only some parking under the building - not allocated and not guaranteed.
