The rooms were nice and comfy with an absolutely beautiful view of the rogue river an the entrance to the ocean. With a nice grassy area for the kids and dogs to play. . Will absolutely stay again. I cant wait

The rooms were large but the outside area was very run down and there was mold in the shower and the toilet wobbled. Our quad was not connected to the main part and the lobby. The coffee in the lobby was probably 2 days old and was cold. We were happy with our room but the other things were not to recommend.

the room is not clean, dirt everywhere, hairs in the beds, pubic hairs on the bathroom floor. Pans are seriously scratched, kitchen utensils are dirty. We spent more than an hour to clean the room, bathroom, kitchen counter, wash the utensils.
