Viajo bastante e conheço muitos hotéis 3 e 4 estrelas em Goiânia e no Brasil. Hotel novo, quartos bem equipados e espaçosos. Melhor custo benefício da cidade no momento. Região nobre, perto de bares, restaurantes e shopping. Recepcionista Livia foi muito educada e prestativa em todos os momentos. Minha última estadia foi através de um intermediário que loca alguns quartos do hotel, chamado Marzani. Meu atendimento foi feito tb pelo WhatsApp, com a Letícia, que prontamente me possibilitou um checking antecipado. São super prestativos. Através da reservas pela Marzani, o café da manhã é pago à parte, por R$50,00, mas o valor vale o serviço oferecido, com bastante variação no buffet e com opções feitas na hora, além de um ambiente e play list musical pra lá de agradável. Só achei o atendimento no restaurante um tanto “fechado”, poderia ser mais amigável e menos frio. Não ganhou 5 estrelas na avaliação em função da limpeza (que precisa ser solicitada através do WhatsApp). No único dia em que solicitei, as camas ficaram mal arrumadas e banheiro não foi limpo, apenas trocaram os lixos e toalhas. Sobre as toalhas, infelizmente o padrão da Marzani não acompanha o do hotel, com peças menores e mais simples, em contraste com toalhas banhão servidas nas reservas direto com o hotel. Poderiam melhorar.

A estadia foi excelente agora o checkin foi desproporcional. Demorei 45 minutos esperando tendo só uma família na frente. Quando fui atendido demorou menos de 5 minutos. Difícil entender porque demorou tanto para o primeiro ser atendido.

A localização é boa, a estrutura do local é boa. Entretanto, o condicionador de ar estava sem condições de funcionamento, ele ficava ligado uma hora e meia, e depois desligava em um calor de 32 graus. Defeito que me fez acordar algumas vezes, no meio da madrugada, com o calor do ambiente. Isso estragou a minha estadia. Fora a pouca oferta de toalhas, e produto de higiene pessoal. Além de o quarto necessitar, de forma flagrante, de uma boa reforma, com decoração datada, móveis moles e papel de parede descolando em alguns pontos. Cumpre lembrar que, faltou no quarto, considerando a localização, e o preço praticado, copos, taças, e xícaras. Alem de um conjunto de louças pra se fazer possível uma refeição simples no ambiente. No mais é o que está descrito no anúncio.

Decepção atrás de Decepção

Experiência decepcionante. Não é um hotel, é um quarto alugado. Pessoal da "portaria" (recepção é bem diferente) é mal humorado e sem educação. Até aí, tdo bem. Depois vc descobre que o estacionamento além de não ter vagas suficientes é cobrado (R$15 a diária). O quarto não tem toalhas suficientes para o número de hóspedes (o meu era quádruplo e só tinha 2 toalhas). Fomos pedir na portaria mais 2 toalhas e responderam que deveríamos "falar com o dono do quarto". Oi???? Q dono???? Daí que descobrimos que é multipropriedade. O café da manhã também é cobrado (R$50 por pessoa) e isto nao fica claro no momento da reserva. Não fazem limpeza dos quartos e nao trocam roupa de cama e banho (se quiser limpeza, tem que pagar). E por último, não tem como tomar banho direito pq a água do chuveiro é gelada ou fervendo, não tem meio termo. Resumindo: NUNCA MAIS!
