Host was great, house was very clean, location was very convenient. House has a unique layout that made it challenging for our group to hang out together as there are are really only two indoor common areas and one of those has four of the beds within it. Some appointments were also lacking, for example only 8 forks were provided.

We thought this was overpriced. The pictures are very misleading. The cleaning crew was not even close to having the place ready upon our arrival. The outside was littered with cigarette boxes, trash and debris. Nothing outside had been swept including the backyard. The table and 2 chairs were broken, trash was in the firepit, astroturf was worn and tatty. Inside the bunk beds in the "game room" were not stable. None of the accent lights worked. Outside door was not secure. Half of the games etc were not usable. For what we paid per night, the expectation would be a clean and tidy and usable place. Owner did not respond to my message prior to posting this review.The location is good, parking is a challenge if you have more than one vehicle. This place has great potential if only it was taken better care of.

We enjoyed our stay. Defiantly an interesting set up.I should have paid more attention that it was all concrete as It was a little difficult with the little one that only crawled. Very close to town and the swimming pool, that was very nice.

Great Place to Stay

The house is very nice and clean and communication with the host was easy. The neighborhood is nice and it’s a short walk to town. The town is beautiful, has lots to do, and is easily walkable. One of the bedrooms with the bunk beds is a converted office that’s accessed through another bedroom. The other bedroom with bunk beds doubles as the game room/living room. It was unexpected but all the rooms had doors that closed so it wasn’t bad. There were loads of board games, puzzles, air hockey, a poker table, and two arcade games. The game room/living room/bedroom also has a movie projector. The kitchen is nicely laid out and has a lot of large and small appliances. All the appliances were modern and worked well. The dining area has a large table and a gorgeous view. There are also several outdoor sitting areas and a grill. The washer and dryer are also modern and worked well.

Beautiful, has everything you need

Nice home very well stocked. Owner was horrible communicating , gave no instructions on how to get in to property he had a problem with cleaning crew but just ignored my calls, texts. House was not cleaned upon arrival….he refunded the cleaning fee after tons of text messages

Girls trip weekend!

We overall loved our stay, but I had messaged the host 3 times prior and she never responded. On the day of arrival we were driving from 4 1/2 hours away and had not gotten check-in directions and had to contact VRBO, after email and phone call attempt's. Once we got those directions, all was well. I never saw anywhere it say there was 31 steps up to the house and also that the driveway to the house was a tight private driveway. We had 11 people and 4 cars. Which made parking tight, but I assumed it would be fine considering this house sleeps 16. There is also another 19 steps to the upper bedrooms, which should be part of the information. We had no problems but many people could. We enjoyed the house and there was plenty of sleeping room for 11 adults, beds were comfy. But the girls in the lower room complained it was a cold room. We did have to pay an extra person fee, which I didn’t really understand when it states it sleeps 16 and we had 11. The views are amazing, the house is clean and we would consider staying again if we ever went with that many people.

Ski Trip- girls weekend!

Beautiful and absolutely perfect for a large group. Comfortable and plenty of room. Awesome kitchen and dinning, fun games, and the views!!! We will be back for sure. Great communication and great service.

Great Time, Close to Downtown

The location of this place is fantastic. We just walked down to dinner every night. They advertise 5 bedrooms, but one is inside the master (in the office area), so not as private. Also, one of the bedrooms is in the living room area, so not a real bedroom. For me, the place was a bit odd, but the 4 college students that came with us thought it was amazing! Check in was easy, and we were comfortable and had fun. This place would be great for a family reunion with kids.
