Melissa makes sure each guest gets what they need in a quiet and efficient manner. The rooms are fun and the spaces in the house were well done. You can socialize or have your privacy. Highly recommend and will return!

***Charming****Perfect B&B for my family. Convenient located within a short drive to Fossil Rim, Creation Evidence museum and Dino world/ State Park. The junior suite had a microwave and refrigerator. There was coffee available to make all day. There is a hot tub on site. The hostess and her husband are really sweet people and made sure we had everything we needed. The breakfast was home made and Ahhh- Maaaazin! My 9 year old said, “best pancakes I ever ate”! Definitely would stay again.

An Amazing B&B!!!

We were so surprised to stumble upon this gem of a B&B in Glen Rose. The owner Melissa, greeted us upon our arrival. She proceeded to show us the amenities. The room was spacious. The B&B offers breakfast, which is personally prepared by Melissa, there is a patio, and so many other amenities that make this B&B so unique. It truly is a hidden gem. We are so looking forward to future stays here.

Live Oak B&B is a unique and accommodating property in Glen Rose! Accessible to the state parks and fossil ridge! The owner and property manager were very helpful and resourceful. We will not hesitate to book this place if we come back to the area! The family enjoyed our stay!

The place was amazing and very clean. The service was wonderful, and the breakfast was delicious. The only thing I can say was the shower head was a little weak otherwise everything was great.
