It was very good as always except a bus load of kids running about at 6.50am up and down the corridor!! Time before last we had issues in the evening with a bus load of kids. Shame as a great hotel which meets the needs of my daughter who is severely disabled and myself. Staff are always helpful and friendly.

Bed linen change request was ignored, housekeeper did not make the bed properly, did not straighten it, just covered it with the duvet. The communal areas like corridors and staircases were left dirty with food stains and food particles for about 2days plus. Breakfast was ok, very small bathroom. The hotel is close to many tourist attractions and city centre.

Very warm welcome by receptionist. Room spacious and clean with a huge bed. Lovely bedding; comfy pillows. Nice bathroom with great shower and toiletries. Breakfast was busy - it was 10am Sunday morning but plentiful and good. It was a pleasant stay and good value for money
