This is a gem of a property. Quiet, Clean and rooms are a good size and comfortable. Off road parking. My preferred place to stay when working in the area.

When booking a room described as heated-helpful for Glasgow on a night that bottomed out at 10C- one expects working heat. One might also expect the request for additional blankets to take less than 90 minutes and three requests. A shower that fills with water after three minutes is suboptimal. Similarly one might expect towels that aren't frayed. Finally, one would hope that with a checkout at 10 AM the room might have had it's garbage emptied, and yet, here we are. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Friendly staff, easy to access, one of the more comfortable beds I slept on on our romp around the UK and great food locations a short walk away. The unit was immaculate but falling apart and pretty noisy. That isn’t to say I wouldn’t stay there again.

The mattress had urine stanins on it and the mattress protector had also urine stains on it. The pillows where dead flat , and old looking . And the bottom floor boards where uneven . The bedrooms outside windows where dirty , and had to force a window to let some here in and could not get it closed again. The windoes where not getting maintenance the small spot lights where not working either. I will definitely not be going back there
