Barney Point cottage is a great base to explore the region and only 3-5 minute drive to the city, and walking distance to Barney Point Beach. This little cottage was perfect for our short stay in Gladstone to visit. The property was presentable and homely, and we felt safe and secure while visiting. We will definitely be returning when we’re back for future visits with family.

Tidy and comfortable

Quite tidy, floors needed a more thorough vacuum but I stayed with my pet so didn’t mind too much. Shower had very strong water pressure but maybe need the shower head raised so an adult can shower comfortably. Beds were very clean and comfy. Maybe need blockout curtains or blinds to bedroom. Had to improvise and hang a couple of throws up at the windows to block the morning light. Loved the new air conditioning units. Thanks for a cozy stay.
