The hotel is part of a community beach club. It is overwhelming with children at the pool and beach.i was not aware of this. There was an English channels on the tv. The breakfast was ok. The staff was very helpful.

Lovely hotel but everything was closed at the accommodation and there is nothing close by! Restaurant menu is very limited and the bar was non-existent!!! Biggest issue though was the hotel proximity to an open air nightclub with music blaring until 3am!

Stayed here in November, which is off season, because the hotel is only 15 minutes from the airport. They disabled the AC/Heat and hot water pressure was extremely low, so we were freezing. The hotel is listed as soundproof but that's a big lie because we could hear everything and everyone. Not sure what summer is like here, but stay away from October to June.

Convenient if you have a car. Room was small and poorly designed. No window, only small glass door that us awkwardly placed afainst night table. Bathroom was very small. No coffee/tea maker. No shampoo. Only partial view of the ocean obstructed by huge building. Limited and mediocre breakfast items. Noise from ballroom was awful,kept us awake one if the nights until 3:00am. We do not reccomend.

We were immediately welcomed by the receptionist she promptly upgraded our room, they exceeded our expectations in every way possible, this place is amazing, our first time in the area and WoW! We were fortunate enough to meet Anthony the owner and he was so kind and personable he made us feel like family. The hotel is first class in every way, the rooms were large and comfortable, the staff made me feel at home and really were attentive. Would definitely stay here again, such a great place!!

The hotel looks nice, and it's probably a fun place to stay at during the summer. My mother and I stayed there for two nights in mid November, so it was out of season. I chose this hotel because it has parking and it's close to Molfetta where we were visiting family. The woman that greeted us at check-in was really nice, however I cannot say the same for other employees as we were questioned on multiple occasions if we are staying at the hotel, what is the room number and the sort. I guess we looked like we don't belong there, which is not a good feeling to have when you're paying to stay at the facility. The room was clean. However, there was a huge bush right in front of the window, I don't know why they would do that. It didn't bother me, but I'm sure other people wouldn't be happy about it. On the second night, when we got back to the room, there was no hot water, but it was back by the morning. The free breakfast had good quality options for food and drinks.

Total disappointment

So the most pleasant part of the stay turned out to be a warm welcome by a super friendly man from the night shift. Unfortunaty later everything was wrong… In the morning there was no warm water at all, and the cold was flowing in a thin stream, so it took me almost an hour to wash my hairs. It was really an everyday’s disaster… we booked a room with a balcony, unfortunately only with a nasty view of the walls of the second building and some pipes (see pictures attached)... breakfasts are another disaster, apparently those are said to be served from 7-10, but if you come after 8 o’clock , you can only find leftovers and, if asked, the waiter reluctantly will deliver the cheese or eggs, marking a long waiting time at the beginning. So even when eggs or cheese are already finished at 8 they were never planning to fill those in, what in my case was quite important as it was only vegetarian staff available for breakfast… And the best thing, the hotel organizes events such as birthdays, baptisms, weddings etc. so not only music plays until late at night (very loud) but then the terrace and restaurant are also not available to guests. Moreover the swimming pool was already closed, but ok, because it was mentioned in the offer, but the hotel does not provide even sunbeds anymore, you can forget to stay in the sun on the premises of the hotel or you can sit on the plastic furnitures that are so dirty that they scare you away from a distance

Party Hotel

My husband and I where very hopefull for this hotel. We had been traveling around Italy and thought it was a great chance to relax. That was incorrect. Our room was great, we had a seaview with a lovely terrace; the staff was polite and kind. During our three night stay we had to take the shuttle into town twice due to the resturant being closed for a event, the second time it took 3 hours for the shuttle to be ready then he forgot to pick us back up. Whenever there is a event at the hotel that means loud music most of the night and restaurant is closed. Then our dog was not allowed anywhere outside our room.

Nice hotel for business stay

Hotel was good. Breakfast was OK. Hotel is just outside of Giovinazzo so no sidewalks to walk into town. Off season price was good. I was there for business so it was fine. It looks like a good place for a summer vacation.
