Poor cleaning and maintenance

They need to clean their rooms properly, vacuum, and once in a while at least wash the carpet, and scrub the bathtub including walls. My entire family had a hard time breathing in this place due to poor cleaning. Maintenance wise was also poor because the phone and clock were broken, door lock broken and bathroom had the side of the mirror broken. It was also very dark in the room without lighting in the ceiling.

Very disappointed in appearance and cleanliness. We got there and was extremely surprised that the pictures were such a poor representation of the real thing. The place was dingy, smelly and very outdated. There was lint all over the walls from not being cleaned, the tiles in the bathroom were stained and dirty and almost falling out from where the bathroom fan hung. The bathroom door had screws put in to try and hold together and you couldn't close it because it drug. The door going to the outside had air gaps underneath and around it that light shown in. The pillows and mattress were very old and not in good shape. Overall was very disappointed and will not recommend.

Reservation was made for king bed, upon arrival woman in front of us with no reservation got a king bed upstairs which receptionist told her the rooms upstairs were nicer than downstairs. Receptionist was very rude when it was our time to check in. I questioned about the upstairs and down stairs thing and she said we had a reservation with a third party. So third party quests are put in less than nice rooms? We ended up with 2 double beds in a poorly maintained room with wore out beds. Very disappointed.

Had a first floor room. Room condition was in good shape and the fairly modern. Has a toilet that a man can use and a tall shower head. However, the AC did not keep the room cool. AC Dial set to 60 degrees but room was at 70ish. Didn't test the microwave but the fridge was a freezer and froze my soda and water bottles. the continental breakfast was basically bread products, Cereal, Hard boiled eggs, yogurt, coffee, milk and juice. Staff was nice, the area seemed safe and moderately low traffic noise. No issue with the internet and electrical outlets. Other then the AC, Fridge issue, and breakfast its a really good hotel.
