The staff was attentive and personable. They remembered my name immediately and greeted me by name daily. I had issues with the bathroom and they moved me immediately. The rooms are beautiful, flower petals on your bed and sofa. Breakfast included was very good. Having a dive center at the resort was nice too! The beach is literally 30 ft from the resort w/ dining on the beach and lounge chairs/umbrellas.

Not bad but could do better

We were in a cabana which are not in the best condition. They are dark and need a refresh. There is also no sound insulation so could hear the neighbours talking all the time as if they were in our room. Also there is a mosque very near which wakes you up at 5am

The First Hotel I stayed have staff super nice and friendly... they really helped, they treat you like a best friend. Awesome hotel located in front of beach, the best!!! Perfect combo.

Nice hutts but loud mosque right next door

We had a nice stay in the hutts except for the part where this hotel is situated right next to a mosque which had their prayers multiple times a day playing through their loud speaker even in the middle of the night. There are a lot of other places to stay on the island so I would look at something further away and closer to the more busy area of the island.

Laguna Gili Beach Resort being rebuilt.

Stayed in Laguna Gili Beach Resort, July 25 till the 28th.Was a bit of a disappointment to see the whole frontage of the Hotel under renovation.A complete building site, with all accompanying noise and mayhem.Breakfasts were a bit hit and miss, getting some things some mornings but missing them the next. Staff were friendly and helpful though and it is hard to be disappointed in a beautiful spot like they command.

Book elsewhere!

Booked the Eco room- No hot water, no aircon, no safe, easy access for people to break in as it wasn't enclosed, dark- very minimal lighting, bugs inside, no wifi, minimal privacy, is actually the next door accomadation which they use and is seperate to Laguna. Payed for an upgrade and didn't stay.
