Not recomend this place! We booked 5 nights and escape after first night, is far away from the Beach and all restaurants, there is no air condition, mosquitos everywhere, the condition of the property very poor, looks like no one clean this place properly for a long time also is located very close from the Mosque, you can't rest becouse is so loud and stresful, they starting at 4:30 in the morning..

Lo staff è stato davvero affettuoso e disponibile, in particolar modo il signorGoogle. La struttura invece è stata una delusione e non ha soddisfatto le nostre aspettative: la villa Ilalang in cui abbiamo soggiornato è una capanna fatta di bamboo, che non separa la camera da letto ed il bagno dalla fauna locale che ha spesso invaso i nostri spazi (varani, serpenti, gechi di 20 cm, insetti e ragni vari), addirittura le finestre sono prive di vetri, quindi la stanza è letteralmente all'aperto, di conseguenza anche l'aria condizionata ha poco senso in una stanza che non si può chiudere. L'acqua del rubinetto e della doccia è salata... La piscina non dispone di un impianto di ricambio dell'acqua adeguato, percui è quasi sempre torbida. La posizione è decisamente lontana da tutte le attrazioni dell'isola e gli spostamenti vengono fatti nella polvere, al buio o sotto il sole cocente. Nella descrizione si parla di "cucina completa", mentre è presente solamente un lavello. La colazione è monotona e purtroppo la cucina è organizzata solamente per cibi vegani/vegetariani. In generale il mobilio non è sufficiente per poter sistemare i propri effetti personali, solamente un comodino (di norma ne servirebbero 2), un piccolissimo armadio ad un anta, ed una mensola di 20cm in bagno. Il motivo per il quale facciamo questa recensione è proprio che tutte queste problematiche al momento della prenotazione non erano deducibili, e sicuramente per la cifra spesa avremmo preferito altre strutture.

Sangue nelle lenzuola, poco sicuro, siamo scappati

Il personale al check in è stato molto gentile e cordiale, soprattutto Mr. Google, ma l'albergo è un incubo: nelle lenzuola abbiamo trovato macchie di sangue e insettini, la stanza da letto non si poteva chiudere in maniera sicura, la cucina era appiccicosa e sporca, gli asciugamani erano, duri e con macchie. L'acqua della piscina era opaca e non invitante, i saponi nei dispenser erano annacquati e non c'era un doccino per farsi il bidet. La moschea era vicinissima e si sentivano le preghiere ad alto volume. È collocata al centro dell'isola, ovvero la zona più degradata e non illuminata. Le bici non sono incluse e comportano un prezzo aggiuntivo. Abbiamo deciso di non passare neanche una notte in un posto del genere e abbiamo chiesto un rimborso che ci è stato negato ingiustamente. Le foto sono ingannevoli, non danno idea dell'igiene del posto. Non l'ho mai scritto in vita mia, ma non prenotate a questo albergo!:(

If you are looking for something familiar with guys who are doing their best to make you feel home and comfortable you are right at this place. They were absolutely amazing with our two kids, loved to spend time with them and even aranged a child seat for the (new!) bikes. Breakfast was nice and especially the coffee was much better then in other accomodations.

Hotel muito tranquilo com comida excecional!

Localização muito tranquila a 10 min a pé da praia. Os donos são muito simpáticos e sempre disponíveis. Pequeno almoço dos melhores que comi na Indonésia e a comida vegetariana do restaurante espectacular, ambos servidos no quarto.
