Typical Japanese Business Hotel, Clueless Staff

This is a pretty typical Japanese business hotel. What put me off is that the staff was thoroughly convinced that I had not paid the cost of the hotel even though I showed them my confirmation email from Expedia (and translated it to Japanese) which said "...credit card charged in full". I had to call Expedia so that Expedia could call the hotel just to confirm that the account was paid. This was a pain. I'd actually not recommend this hotel. Ogaki is quite boring anyway.

駅も近くスタッフのみなさんも良いのだけど、駐車場が離れていて不便なのと、施設が古く不具合がたくさん。部屋に入ったら空気清浄機が強で運転していてうるさかったので弱くした。静かになったらバスルームから水がボタボタ落ちる音がしたので、止めに行ったら止まらなない。寝ている間も気になる。椅子のシミもひどくて座るのを躊躇する。コンセントもグラグラ。ベッドに付いている操作パネルほとんど壊れていた。
