NO PARTIES, NO GUESTS, NO DRUGS, NO ALCOHOL, NO SMOKING on the property. The is a quiet family home, space is perfect for one or two couples or a family of four wanting to explore beyond the suite.
Two queen beds one private bedroom.
The entire ground level suite has window views of the gardens and Northshore Mountains. The spacious 2.3 acres of trees, gardens, rock walls and grass areas.
Easy ground level access with no steps and locking sliding door and bedroom door to exterior . Lockbox for easy access to the key.

HOT TUB overlooks North Shore Mountains.
PLEASE SHOWER WITH SOAP before usage, it's shared with other guests and owners. Book ahead and reserve your 30 minutes. Please daytime use only. A minimum $200 cleaning fee is charged if the water has to be changed. Consult with your doctor before using. USE AT YOUR OWN RISK!

Small camp Fires only as permitted by local Fire department.

Please quiet time is 11pm to 8am . Thank you for respecting the neighbours and other guests.

Great place to stay in the Gibsons area

Quiet area within 10 minutes driving from the ferry. The guest suite is spacious and well equipped + big yard facing coastal mountains. The hosts live above and are very hospitable. One thing to mention is that the hot tub that is shared between few units. We greatly enjoyed our stay!
