Disgusting, RUN!!!!!!!!!

Awful, mold in shower, toilet broken, food on wall, 2 towels and 1 wash cloth for 3 people, phone and clock broken, table for TV broken, chair for desk broken, shampoo bottle was open, and reeked of smoke, and outside door busted so anyone could get in, in fact someone tried to get into our room in the middle of the night... worst stay I ever had

This property would not pass an inspection. There were too many issues to list, but another guest chose to sleep outside rather than in this hotel. No elevators (an issue for my 83 yr old mom), toilet seat dangerously loose, outlets missing covers, dead bugs on the window sills, a couch that we couldn’t even sit on, no towels, cups, tissues, or hair dryer in the room…need I go on? This place needs to be shut down and cleaned up before taking in more guests.

Inside the room was pretty clean, even if the room would benefit from some attention (cigarette burns or rust on outside of bathtub. Laminate flooring in room was a plus as it's easier to clean. The hallways looked dirty, not vacuumed for a long time seemingly. There was (hopefully) dog fecal matter outside in the parking lot which looked pretty fresh so could have simply been missed or not gotten to yet. Complimentary coffee would have been nice as well as a refrigerator but you get what you pay for. Towels and bedding looked clean. Overall, I'd stay here again as it was budget-friendly.

This place was an absolute disaster. The rooms were not cleaned, no TV in my initial room and the tub had crap, literally, in it. The outside doors were off the hinges and there was stuff all over the floors and mice running around. We went through 3 rooms before finding one that was at least stayable. This place was disgusting and multiple families left. I canceled my second night.

Called me two minutes from my arrival and told me they had no room for us. Then tried to give us a mid-renovation room. It was not even close to habitable Reeked of smoke, filthy, electrical outlets pulled from walls, etc… Reminded me of a campground. After an hour on the phone Choice Hotels was able to get us a room. We were about to sleep in the car! 10000% do not recommend

Don’t do it!

It was the worst! Black mold, smelly, and refrigerator didn’t work. Had handicap room but toilet bars were worthless and toilet seat wouldn’t stay on. Something in the ceiling pounding all night.
