Madame, Monsieur,Je tiens Ă  exprimer ma profonde indignation quant Ă  l’état absolument inacceptable de l’appartement que j’ai louĂ©.À mon arrivĂ©e, j’ai dĂ©couvert un logement dans un Ă©tat de saletĂ© insoutenable :prĂ©sence de sous-vĂȘtements Ă  des endroits inconcevables,paquets de gĂąteaux pĂ©rimĂ©s depuis plus de deux ans derriĂšre les meubles,dĂ©tritus et poussiĂšre omniprĂ©sents,rĂ©frigĂ©rateurs sales avec des traces de sang,matelas et oreillers dans un Ă©tat dĂ©plorable,odeur persistante de tabac imprĂ©gnant toutes les piĂšces, qu'un dĂ©sodorisant n’a pas permis de masquer.À cela s’ajoute le fait que j’ai moi-mĂȘme rĂ©glĂ© les 40 de mĂ©nage demandĂ©s pour les prochains locataires, Normal non ?De plus, la personne qui nous a reçus nous a indiquĂ© que l’appartement avait Ă©tĂ© occupĂ© juste avant par des « amis du propriĂ©taire ». Une telle remarque confirme t'il l’état de saletĂ© depuis des semaines, voire des mois?Enfin, je tiens Ă  souligner l’absurditĂ© de la situation : ma belle-mĂšre de 74 ans a dĂ» faire le mĂ©nage Ă  son arrivĂ©e pour que nous puissions passer deux jours dans des conditions un minimum acceptables.Comment est-il possible de proposer une location touristique dans un tel Ă©tat ? C’est une honte et un manque total de respect vis-Ă -vis des clients. Ce week-end en famille a Ă©tĂ© profondĂ©ment gĂąchĂ© par ces conditions indignes.Je vous demande donc un remboursement intĂ©gral de cette location, Ă  la hauteur du prĂ©judice subi

Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit in GĂ©rardmer. Das Apartment liegt direkt am See und nahe an der Stadt. Die Zimmer sind klein, aber gemĂŒtlich. Insgesamt sehr hellhörig. Die Sauberkeit ließ jedoch zu wĂŒnschen ĂŒbrig, so dass wir nach der Ankunft erstmal selbst gesaugt haben...Dann war es aber eine perfekte Urlaubswoche.Lediglich

Proche du lac et au calme

Appartement spacieux, bien situé car proche du lac et au calme. Etage non accessible pour les personnes ùgées. Un bémol sur la propreté et l'odeur de tabac du linge de lit, linge qu'il faudrait stocker ailleurs ou remplacer. C'est dommage car cela donne une mauvaise impression alors que l'appartement et la terrasse sont agréables.

Duplex spacieux tout équipé et trÚs bien situé (proche centre ville). La propreté laisse vraiment à désirer, le ménage ne devait pas avoir été fait à notre avis. Il n'est pas précisé dans l'annonce que le Duplex est fumeur, une forte odeur de tabac nous a obligé à aérer un long moment à notre arrivée. Les draps sentaient trÚs mauvais (tabac froid).

Appartement avec vue sur le lac de GĂ©rardmer, Ă  2mn Ă  pied du lac Ă  peine 5 mn du centre ville. Pour les non skieurs, des activitĂ©s et des balades Ă  faire. Les produits du terroirs sont excellents (fromages, charcuteries fumĂ©es). Appartement trĂšs bien Ă©quipĂ© (comme Ă  la maison) juste un bĂ©mol sur le rĂ©frigĂ©rateur un peu trop petit. Nous avons passĂ© un bon sĂ©jour, mĂȘme si le beau temps n'Ă©tait pas au rendez vous. Une belle rĂ©gion Ă  visiter.
