Erschreckend schmutzig und abgewohnt

Es war mit Abstand die schmutzigste Ferienwohnung, die wir je gesehen haben. Abgesehen davon dass alles sehr alt und abgewohnt war, sind insbesondere die Küche und das Bad ekelerregend schmutzig. Die Badewanne war voll von Schamhaaren. Der Kühlschrank und die Küche generell so dreckig, dass man sehen kann, dass nie richtig geputzt wurde. Es war so schlimm, dass wir dort nicht übernachten konnten und uns in der letzten Minute eine andere Bleibe suchen mussten. Ich kann nur alle vor dieser Wohnung warnen. Der Vermieter hat uns allerdings ohne Beanstandung den vollen Betrag zurückerstattet

Appartement très très sale . Obligé de réparer l aspirateur . Revisser le tuyau de lavabo. Impossible de se servir du lave vaisselle eau souillée à l intérieur et mauvaise odeur. A part sa le séjour s est bien passé . Le propriétaire ne s est même pas déplacé…..

Mon expérience

Emplacement super, à 2 pas du lac, coin vraiment agréable, avec beaucoup de charme. Je regrette que l appartement soit vétuste sur bebeaucoup de points ( prises de courant qui fonctionnent que si la lumière est allumée, aspirateur en kit, tuyau de douche qui fuit, patère qui s est decrochée dès qu on y a mis une serviette...). Dommage car l ensemble avait l air sympa.

Gerardmer is like always good. The Vosges is A good place but the chalet was old and verry dirty. I took us A day to clean. Fungus in the freezer and bathroom. Sheets in the washer. We found clothes of other people. And so in… I do not recommend this place

Propreté à revoir

Le logement est idéalement situé à quelques minutes du lac, en revanche nous avons reçu le mail concernant la prise de rdv pour remise des clés et horaire d’arrivée le jour même de notre arrivée à 13h17. Par conséquent la dame qui devait nous recevoir à 14h n’était apparement pas au courant de notre arrivée, nous avons dû attendre 1h30 avant d’avoir le logement. Cependant l’appartement est plutôt bien équipé mais il reste à revoir la propreté. A notre arrivée il y avait des excréments sur la cuvette des toilettes, des saletés sur la moquette de la chambre. Nous avons dû passer plus d’une heure à faire le ménage pour passer nos vacances dans de bonnes conditions. La dame qui nous a accueillie était sympa.

Très sale meubles cassés lavabos fendu frigidaire moisi bac sans fond café encore dans la cafetière matelas tacher draps avec des trous le ménage n avait pas été fait vaisselle avec du manger dessus odeur de tabac nous avons été obligé de faire le ménage avec de s installer ( a 4 personnes) vous voyer la propreté de l appartement

Katastrophe!

Der Vermieter ist nicht vor Ort! Eine Reinigungskraft hat uns die Wohnung gezeigt! DIE FALSCHE WOHNUNG! Im Nachgang macht der Vermieter sich über uns lustig! Obwohl es sein Versagen war, sein Personal richtig anzuleiten! An allen Abenden war die Wohnung eiskalt, obwohl es außen Minusgrade hatte. Die installierten Radiatoren sind defekt! Der Fernseher ist defekt! Die Wohnung mussten wir zuerst einmal putzen, da noch Dreck von den Vorgängern da war. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter ist eine reine Verarsche! Macht sich noch drüber lustig, dass wir mit 3 Kindern im kalten Wohnzimmer sitzen mussten! NICHT ZU EMPFEHLEN! NIE WIEDER!

Wundervolle Lage, Anlage schön, Wohnung grenzwertig

Keine Kommuniation mit Vermieter möglich, weil weder Deutsch- noch Englisch Kenntnisse. Die Wohnung war SEHR schmutzig, die Einrichtung SEHR alt und teilweise beschädigt. Auf SMS wurde während des Aufenthalts werder auf Beschwerden noch auf Nachfragen regiert. Der Außenbereich (Lage, Pool...) waren toll!

Arrivée et départ conformes avec ce qui était convenu avec la personne qui devait nous remettre les clés. Logement et équipements fonctionnels, tres bien situé et exposé, juste à revoir les robinetteries de SdB, qque peu vieillotes. De même pour les draps fournis...un conseil d'amie, apporter les vôtres! Sinon Gerardmer est une ville très accueillante et avec du soleil encore plus!!

Appartement qui aurait besoin d'un rafraîchissement. Les plus: lave vaisselle et machine à laver opérationnels. Les moins: Micro-onde, aspirateur et VMC ne fonctionnent pas. La moquette et les matelats dans les lits enfants doivent être remplacés. Autrement l'appartement est bien situé dans un quartier résidentiel calme.
