The hotel and room was very clean and bed was comfortable. The proximity to I-70 means you hear a lot of freeway traffic noise, however that also means it's very convenient and easy to get to. Staff was very pleasant and helpful each time I came through the lobby. Unfortunately the elevator broke down on my second day and was not fixed at check-out on my third day. Otherwise it was a good stay. Really great location for access to mountain resorts.

This is a nice hotel. The staff were polite and efficient at check in. The hotel is kept quite clean and generally in good repair. I stayed in the same hotel 2 years prior to my recent stay and have seen no decline in overall condition. One big downside during my visit was the lack of a working elevator. We were told it would probably be repaired within several days, which doesn’t help during my one night visit. Nevertheless, I would stay in this hotel again.

We stay here often when we visit Georgetown and love the property! The hotel is always clean, the staff is great, and the breakfast has a variety of options. Highly recommend!

March 5th 2025 night manager is a superstar!

The fact that it was no problem for me to park two cars here for me and my guests traveling with me was a game-changer. The night manager on Wednesday, March 5th, 2025, was an extraordinary person and very nice to me.
