Mike and Karilynn were amazing hosts. They made sure we had a fabulous vacation with their great communication before and during our stay. Everything we needed to travel around and enjoy Exuma was provided ( large beach towels, soft sided cooler bags, snorkel masks and great ice packs for the coolers ). Very clean and comfortable beds. Hoping to return soon!

Don't hesitate to stay at Exuma Sol. It's the perfect place in paradise. Steps from the beach, gorgeous views, and has everything you need. Exuma Sol is centrally located in Exuma and close to so many great restaurants and grocery stores. We weathered Hurricane Melissa while in Exuma and Mike, the owner and the other residents were phenomenal. Communication with Mike from booking until when we headed home was phenomenal and top notch. We can't wait to come back again.

Our family really enjoyed staying here. Mike’s communication was great and made sure we were set up and comfortable. They provide so much stuff ranging from complete kitchen utensils, coolers, ice packs, beach accessories, bug spray, etc.. Another group we went with weren’t so luck and their place didn’t have much of anything. It really makes a difference and we will be back!

The location was ideal and the property was gorgeous and well appointed. Easy. Comfortable. Proximity to beaches, restaurants, stores was very convenient. Everything was as described or BETTER!! Best supplied rental I’ve ever stayed in and CLEAN! Hosts were responsive and provided CLEAR and accurate instructions. Location was extremely convenient to restaurant and beach. Neighbors were kind and respectful!We had an awesome adventure!!

We had a great stay at Exuma Sol. What an amazing view with spectacular sunrises. Short walk to one of the most beautiful beaches we have ever seen. The unit was fully stocked with everything we needed. Property grounds were clean and all staff was so friendly. Communication with host was top notch. Thanks Mike!

Adult Mother Daughter Trip

Wow! This was beyond expectations. The house was perfect with everything you could possibly need. The location is perfect, pretty much in the center of the island. The owners of this home could not have been more accommodating, check in before and during our stay more than once. The beach is out your front door. This is one place I will definitely come back to. I have only wonderful things to say. It’s even better than the pictures.

We had such an amazing time at Exuma Sol!! Mike and Karilynn are wonderful hosts. Mike answered ALL my questions so quickly. The home had everything we needed and was immaculate. My husband and I have been to several Caribbean Islands and we have to say, Exuma is the most beautiful. Turks and Caicos has nothing on this island. We walked to Jolly Hall Beach around the corner and there was a total of six people there including us. We rented a car and that was so much fun. It gave us the freedom to drive to the north of the island and south to the Tropic of Cancer Beach which was the best beach on the island. The smallest beach bar was there and they made the best drinks on the island! Hideaways is a great property. It is very clean and the restaurant Splash was right there. We met people that stayed at the fancy Grand Isle resort and they said they would choose Hideaways every time. You cannot go wrong with Exuma Sol. We will definitely be back and bring our friends!

We just returned home from an amazing stay at Exuma Sol and miss it already. It is the perfect place to stay in Exuma and we can't wait to go back.It is located in the resort Hideaways which is centrally located, has an onsite pool and restaurant, great snorkeling just out your front door and a 5 minute walk from Jolly Hall, one of the best beaches on the island. We have stayed at Hideaways in the past and enjoyed it but staying at Exuma Sol brought our vacation to the next level. The beds, pillows and linens were perfect making every night's sleep peaceful and refreshing. The kitchen was fully stocked. I honestly can't think of one thing it didn't have. The decorations were perfect and everything was spotlessly clean.There may not be a better view on the island than from the front door of Exuma Sol. And as an added bonus, the master bedroom has its own door with the same view.The hosts were attentive, kind and went above and beyond. Truly the best you could ask for. The housekeeper Ms Janetta was a treasure and became my family's new best friend. It was a perfect stay. I would certainly recommend it to anyone. 5 stars are not enough.

Perfect island location

Exuma Sol was the perfect unit for our group. It was clean, comfortably decorated with an island flair, and had all the necessities plus so many extras. The location just outside of George Town gave us easy access to everything. Before, during and after our stay, Mike and Karilynn always responded to questions, recommendations, etc. very quickly. We can't wait to return and Exuma Sol will be our choice!

10/10 Experience - First Time the Place Was Even Better Than the Pictures!

This was our first VRBO stay where the pictures didn’t do it justice—it was even better in person! Mike and Karilynn were awesome hosts. Leading up to our trip, Mike was incredibly communicative and went out of his way to make sure I was able to get our grocery order in and the delivery set up before we arrived, which was such a huge help.During our stay, we mentioned a very minor issue with an appliance (didn’t affect our experience at all), and it was fixed within hours. The place was spotless, fully stocked, and in a perfect location close to everything. Our kids (8 & 5) had an absolute blast, and we’re already booking our return trip. Hands down a 10/10

Heaven on Earth

I didn't think we could top last year's visit, but I think we just did. Everything was wonderful - the villa, the property, all the staff. Loved everything about Exuma Sol....except maybe the little bugs at night! They seemed to really like us though! Very much want to return, we are working hard to make that happen. Thank you Mike and Karilynn for being such great hosts.

Awesome place, exactly as advertised plus so many extras. Hosts are prompt and effective communicators, onsite maintenance excellent to help with any issues. Wifi within property excellent. Pool, local bar, restaurant (Splash) well maintained, do not expect high quality service, island life.All you will need for a relaxing stay.Jolly Hall beach just a short walk away, paddle a kayak to more beaches on Stocking Island - about 50 minutes one way to Chat and Chill to feed the stingrays

Five Star Stay

We had the most amazing stay at Exuma Sol. We couldn’t have asked for a better host. Mike was kind, incredibly helpful and very proactive with communication. The condo was very well equipped with more amenities than we could’ve asked for. From beach towels and beach chairs to reusable grocery bags and a very well stocked kitchen. The beds were comfortable and then entire place was immaculately clean. Thank you so much for sharing your little slice of heaven!

We had an amazing vacation in Exuma! Our stay at Exuma Sol was perfect! The cottage was equipped with everything we needed and more. Comfortable beds and furniture. Clean and well kept. It was peaceful around the property at Hideaways. The beach and pool weren’t crowded. The staff was friendly and helpful. The owners were great with communication and available if we needed anything. What a fabulous week at Exuma Sol!

First want to say that the communication with the owner was fantastic! Very quick to respond to any questions and checked on us during our stay. Our family of 4 (2 adults, 2 kids ages 14&12) can’t stop talking about our week in Exuma! The location of Exuma Sol is so convenient to so many of the beaches and restaurants. The condo was very clean, comfort beds, had all the necessities you could think of for the beach. Also, very well stocked kitchen for cooking. We walked to Jolly Hall Beach a couple of times, swam right out front of the condo, and used the kayaks and paddles boards. We saw a few turtles right in from the condo and a few starfish a little further out. All I can say is don’t hesitate to book your stay at Exuma Sol. I know our family will definitely be booking this condo again!
