Not friendly at all

I booked a room thru Hotels.com but when I arrived to the hotel the welcome was rude. The guy told me the hotel was fully booked, then when he saw I had this booking with Hotels.com, he told me "well we got an other hotel, wait we will drive u there" I wait around 1 hour, then a guy took me there, it was a bit far and the hotel was horrible and the room was worst, without window so I asked them to cancel the booking but they didn't and it looks like that Hotels.com does not care much about that, I still have no refund!

Not a nice place

The room is basic which is fine for what you pay. However the beds are probably 20 years old. You can feel the springs. Couldn't sleep and one will get a back ache. Not really a budget inn to supply such amenities. Wont recommend it to any one for whatever reason. Hope the management does something about this soon.
