Property is in rough condition. Limited menu at restaurant due to an incident in the kitchen. We walked to get takeout and brought it back to the room. Good for early morning flights because you can literally walk to the airport. Staff is very friendly.

If I had a car I would have preferred to have slept in it vs staying here. The location to airport is a 10. Everything else is absolutely awful. Should have been remodeled 20 years ago. Front desk staff very unfriendly which just matches the feel of this place. They accidentally kept my id that I provided at check-in. Luckily I realized it and went to the front desk to get it. Instead of bringing it to my room or calling me they just stuck it in a drawer with no intention of trying to get it back to me. I would gladly pay to take a taxi from a hotel further from the airport to avoid ever having to stay here again.

Restaurant quality was marginal, food not as ordered and then told they didn't have the ingredients after it was served. Waiter brought us water ( we didn't ask for it) and then charged for it. Building is in disrepair. Base moldings had been taken off at some point and never replaced. AC didn't work well and window handle was missing so window was open, letting in hot air. We had to change rooms and that handle was missing too - apparently you have to ask for the window handle (weird). The only good thing is it is a 5 min walk to the airport so good for early flights.

The reason we chose this hotel is the location. It was 4 minutes walking distance to the hotel. Other than that I wouldn't choose to stay at this hotel again. The AC barely worked (the thermostat were so old and confusing). The room smelled like mold. They only had one flat pillow per person. I tried calling the front desk to request more but the room phone didn't work so I had to call them from my cellphone. They did bring us two more pillows but they smelled old like the covers on them haven't been washed in a year. The hand towels weren't towels, they were linen cloth. The bathtub was high with half a glass door covering it and leaving the other half opened which caused the floor to get wet (making it hazardous). I must say though that the staff were nice and helful. We arrived to the hotel 4 hours early, they stored our luggage by them until it was check in time. We needed a ride to the town center, they called a taxi for us.

Would never stay at the hotel again I had to sleep between two chairs for one hour because the bed had bugs in it. The floor was filled with black hair. The bathroom had dirt all in the shower the floors were absolutely disgusting. Tried to tell them about it, but it didn’t do any good but I ever stayed there again absolutely not. There’s no reason for anyone to have to rent a room and for it to be like that.

The rooms were wonderful. The staff was quite nice and made us feel welcome. The hotel itself felt safe. It was a bit tricky to drive to get in, as we passed it and that leads into the airport. A nice man helped us back up the one way to be in front of the hotel. There is a gate you need to take a ticket from to park in front of the lobby to do your check in, which was rather odd to us. It has nice underground parking. After that, all went well.

This was an old Sheraton hotel that needed to be demolished but its now used by this hotel. Its just better than sleeping in the airport.

Fine as a place to crash before an early flight

An old Sheraton that has seen better days. Only one lift working and AC far more efficient on ground floor than in. bedroom. An upcharge for a kingsized bed should mean more than 2 wimpy pillows. Restaurant was dark and overpriced, but the food was decent and the waiter on top of things.
