Perfect stay at Seneca Lake. The place was spotless, well-stocked, and exactly as described. Beautiful views, quiet location, close to wineries and restaurants. Hosts were responsive and easy to deal with. Would absolutely stay again.”

We had a great time! The home was well stocked with anything you could want in the kitchen. The furniture and beds were very comfortable. The home is really lovely and you can't beat the view. We enjoyed sitting and eating on the spacious deck. Check in and out was seamless.

Marvellous stay at a fabulous place. We had everything we needed, and then some. The neighbourhood is quiet, but within easy reach of the town. We cooked every evening, either on the BBQ or in the kitchen. The hot tub was perfect after hikes to waterfalls. Communication was good. Can highly recommend.

We had a very nice time at this adorable house on Seneca Lake. It was on a quiet little street not far from the center of Geneva. The house was filled with sunshine and the water was the perfect temperature for floating. The hosts were very receptive and the house had everything we could possibly need. I would highly recommend a visit.

Family Fun

We loved our family stay at Katie’s cottage!! House was perfect! Exactly as posted! Clean and well equipped. Our family enjoyed the hot tub and all the games that were there. Perfect location close to many wineries and breweries. Breathtaking views on the lake. Would definitely stay here again!!!

Location was a bit off the beaten track but that meant a very peaceful and enjoyable stay. Everything we needed was available and in good working order. Only drawback, something we have seen in this and other Vrbo's we have stayed at, was there is no regular TV stations to watch a football game, just things like Roku which if you are not used to are not very user friendly. Good thing is we didn't want to watch TV with the firepit and star watching at night.

This place is beautiful and FULLY equipped. I didn't need to bring half the kitchen stuff I did. The host always replied to any question I had within a few minutes. We relaxed every day in the spacious hot tub. Floated in the lake, rented a pontoon from the marina. Ate at several good restaurants close by; Eddie Obrien's, Smokin Petes BBQ, Vonnie's. The marina staff was very friendly. The beds were really comfortable. The place is spacious and the view is amazing. They had beach towels, corn hole, spices, scissors, and games galore. Everything you need. I would definitely stay here again.
