The host replied quick when I messaged him. We always rent this house in December for our large group and it never disappoints! There is enough room for all to stay and the kitchen is well stocked with everything you need. Thank you so much!!!

The interaction with the host was great. Some of the pans were not in good condition and the shower curtain fell twice while someone was in the shower. The driveway was extremely icy. It was in a great location, walking distance to bars and it was a great price.

Perfect location for walking the strip. Plenty of parking. It is so close that you can hear the music from a couple of the bars. It did not bother us. Here for a girl's wine trip. The 4 queen bedrooms were great! The house is a mostly updated older historic home, it smells a little musty because of the age, expected, they all do. The housekeeper did not empty the dishwasher, and we thought there were no cups or spoons, lol. The smaller shower could use a remodel, there were no extra blankets, and the pillows were sub-par. But all in all, the place was clean. I would recommend it. :)

Great location & great house

The location is perfect and the house was great! Clean, a lot of space, and fun games! There were extra blankets and towels if needed. A binder of helpful information and the check in and out process was smooth! Definitely will be back

Fishing Trip at Geneva

Six of us stayed at the house for two nights for our annual fishing trip. The four bedrooms worked out perfectly and the accommodations were great. Everything that we needed was available.

Great except for some cleaning issues

Overall, the house is nice: roomy (we had 6; plenty of room for 8). However, the owners did not get their money's worth from the cleaning prior to our arrival: there were still dishes in the dishwasher when we arrived, some of them still dirty despite the dw having been run. The ashtray on the deck outside had not been emptied. There were a couple spots we found cobwebs (next to a bed and in a closet). One bedroom had no closet; this would have been okay if it had had some nice hooks like the other bedrooms did. Living room wasn't particularly well lit. Game room's lighting was awful (though we didn't use that room).On the other hand, there were plenty of towels! Thank you!The piano is a nice touch; I wish my daughter would have had time to play for us!I would consider staying here again.

Outage house

There were 4 of us that went up to help with Perry power plant refueling outage. The house was a perfect fit for the 5 weeks that we stayed. Reasonable pricing and 25 minute drive to the plant. I would definitely stay here again.
