No wifi on room. Unconcerned. No hot water in shower. Fixed but only the next day. Shower lacked caulk so water went everywhere. Buffet breakfast everything cold. Cold scrambled eggs. Not room temp. Cold. Left key after day 1for cleaning crew (why they didn't have key?) then when I returned, took 20 minutes to find a key to my room. No one concerned

Güzel konak fakat kötü işletme

Kotu bir otel, asla aldığı parayı hakketmiyor. 16.00da gitmemize rağmen oda tam hazır değildi bekledik. Kahvaltı yeri ve saati biz sormadan bilgi verilmedi. Kahvaltı için başka konağa gitmek gerekiyor. Kahvaltı güzel fakat başka yerde olması mantıklı degil.Gezmek için dışarı çıkip otele döndüğümüzde dış kapı kapalıydı ve bize anahtar verilmemişti otelde görevli olmadığı için disarida beklemek zorunda kaldık. Kaldı ki akşam otelde görevli olmaması ayrı bir sorun. Yangın vb. gibi acil bir sıkıntıda otelde görevli yok arayıp başka otellerinden gelmesini beklemeniz gerekiyor. Odada su ısıtıcısı yok buzdolabı çalışmıyor. Akşam çay kahve gibi biseye ulasamiyosunuz. Otel konumu güzel çarşıya yakın fakat işletme olarak cok yetersiz özellikle çocuklu aile için asla tavsiye etmiyorum.

Berbat bir otel. Bizim rezervasyonumuz hotels.com üzerinden hülya konak oteleydi ama oraya gittiğimizde bize asla bilgi verilmeden yerimizin beliz konağına yapıldığı söylendi. Böyle bir durumun olduğundan asla bize bilgi verilmedi. Biz rezervasyonumuzu 2 ayrı tek kişiliş yatak şeklinde yapmıştık ama bize ayrılan odalar çift kişilik yataklı odalar şeklimdeydi. Biz 4 kadın aynı yatakta yatmak zorunda bırakıldık. Bizim için ayrılan otel odalarında yarım kalan tuvaley kağıtları, pislil içinde düzeltilmemiş yataklar, kırık yatak başlıkları bulunmaktaydı. Kahvaltı için otelden kaç mt uzakta saçma sapan sistemli başka bir yere yönlendiriliyorsunuz. Bilgili bir reception be müdürle asla muhatap olamadık, hiç bir sorunumuza çözül bulunamadı. Herşeu sürekli yanlış aktarılıp, bilgi verildi. Hayatımdaki en kötü oteldi. Asla hizmet alamadık. Asla ama asla gidilmemesi gereken sistemsiz düzensiz bir otel. Çok mağdur edildik

Die Unterkunft war sehr nett. Die Zimmer waren Sauber vorallem das Bad var komplett neu ausgestattet.Die Betten waren auch sehr bequem. In die Stadt dauert es ca 6-7 Minuten zu Fuß.nicht Vorteilhaft war das alles was man in den Zimmern normal bespricht kann man von draussen höhren es schallt. Das Personal an der Reception vor allem die Dame war sehr unfreundlich! (Lieber sollte man alles über booking buchen und am besten von denen nichts wollen)! Was Wirklich toll war, der ältere Herr (Konak Wächter) aus Diyarbakir. Hat sich Sooo toll um uns gekümmert hat uns hilfreiche Tipps gegeben und mit uns einen Rundgang gemacht Bei der Berühmten altstrasse dort. Wie ein Reiseführer. Hat uns sehr geholfen bezüglich Taxi etc. Mein gröster Lob geht an diesen Herzesmenschen.
