Good condition but not friendly reception staff

The reception staff was not very friendly. Especially the female staff. The staff who brought the towels and the parking attendants were very friendly. The refrigerator in the room did not work well, which was inconvenient. The room condition was good, so we were able to stay comfortably.

The hotel lobby seems to be newly renovated but the rooms were not.The furniture was old and the bed sheets and towels were too old . Hotel location was good. The city was nice and the food was great .

Recommend for Gaziantep

Very comfortable hotel in convenient part of the city immediately next to one or more hospitals. What seems to be the original structure of hotel is very pleasant and welcoming with central open alcove that goes up to top floor so rooms in this section are accessed by open corridors overlooking the central alcove going down to -3 floor the Spa, and -1 and -2 floor meeting rooms. Our room was in newer portion of structure that featured residential type suites. Spa entrance successfully designed to promote serene and relaxing atmosphere. Indoor pool area next to spa very clean and inviting, although medium sized pool. Fast and friendly service delivering extra towels, bathrobes, and separately to replenish coffee/tea packets in room. Room was maintained and cleaned extremely well. It was over 40C outdoors, and our room faced east and south, but efficient air conditioner with easy to use controls cooled room to comfortable level in minutes.
