New private 4BD Ski out cabin at Otsego club! Cozy fully updated log cabin!

Welcome to Par & Powder Pines cabin, this private and cozy log cabin is a rare find! It’s walking distance to the ski slopes, tubing, lodge and Duck Blind restaurant! It is fully updated with new appliances. Highlights include: black out curtains + sound machine + night stand power strip in every bedroom, luxury furniture + bedding, Nintendo switch, ample warm fuzzy blankets, board games, plush towels, washer/dryer, sleds, kids toys/books, pack n play, baby gate. The kitchen is fully stocked. Enjoy the private loft reading nook! The cabin is made with beautiful knotty pine through out with an open floor plan that looks out on a beautiful forest and golf course! It has 1 loft space and loft bedroom with 2 queen beds, a main living room, dining area and eat in kitchen, a main floor bedroom with a king size bed, a main floor bathroom with a tub and shower with sprayer. The basement has another bathroom with a tub/shower and 2 bedrooms- each has a twin and full size bed. There is a pack n play and sheets in the basement bedroom closet. We put sound machines in every bedroom. On each nightstand we placed power outlets/charging stations for easy access in every bedroom. Black out curtains were installed for deep restful sleep. The basement can be chilly and the loft space warmer- so we've stocked the house with plenty of extra blankets and 2 mini heaters and a ceiling fan for the loft space. The kitchen comes stocked with some basic seasoning, a coffee filter, plastic food storage, baggies, sharp full set of knives, place mats, and most kitchen items that you might need/want. The basement comes stocked with board games and kid games. A brand new Nintendo switch with Mario Kart, Zelda and Animal Crossing. There are toys and books for kids in the loft space. The back deck has a grill with propane tank, a dining table and a lounge area. We are in a prime location- close to downtown, walkable to the golf course, ski hill, snow tubing hill, snow shoeing and the Duck Blind Restaurant. Gaylord has many big box chain stores, restaurants and coffee shops only 5-10 minutes away from our cabin. You get the privacy and relaxation of a northern Michigan escape without the hassle of finding a place to eat, scrambling to find a coffee shop and easy access to that late night run to the grocery or drug store!

The cabin is air-conditioned and features 2 bathrooms and space to spread out with 4 bedrooms. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a fireplace, and a microwave.
