posizione fantastica per il panorama che si gode. si vede anche l'isola d'elba. Casa piccola ma dotata di tutti i comfort. a 15 minuti dal mare di follonica con mare cristallino e spiagge larghe e ristoranti dove si mangia ottimo pescato.

appartamento semplice bene organizzato, non segnalato le rampe di scale da fare per arrivare all'appartamento ben 6 rampe il giardino non c'è ed il pavimento del bagno in legno è sollevato, non bello da vedere.

Wunderschöne Sicht auf das Meer und auf Elba!

Das Apartment hat eine richtig tolle Lage mit dem ausgezeichneten Blick auf die Maremma, das Meer und Elba! Die Wohnung war sehr sauber, alle notwendigen Dinge waren vorhanden, sogar eine Waschmaschine! Die Uebergabe mit dem Schlüssel hat problemlos geklappt. Hervorheben möchten wir auch den netten und unkomplizierten Kontakt mit der Vermieterin, der unser Wohlbefinden sehr am Herzen lag! Wir können uns vorstellen, dass wir nochmal dorthin fahren!

"Appartement très agréable et confortable, aménagé avec goût et harmonie. Idéalement exposé, son séjour avec balcon offre une vue réellement panoramique sur la Toscane, avec en arrière-plan la mer et l''île d''Elbe. A souligner l''excellent accueil de la propriétaire (Che una bella donna!) qui nous a renseignés en détail sur les nombreux sites, circuits et points d''intérêts qui jalonnent la Toscane. En résumé: un séjour très réussi sur le plan touristique et culturel, sans oublier les plages à quelques minutes en voiture. A réserver sans hésiter !!! "
