Property was just as listed, however there is no access to the pool as shown in the photos, however we didn’t book it for that. The overall property was nice and a perfect spot to unwind with the family while in Gatlinburg. Would stay here again!

No elevator?

I'm 75 and have back issues. My partner is 79. I think the listing should have stated that there was not an elevator. Lugging all my effects to the second floor was a real task. Other than that, our stay was just fine.

Nice condo tucked away in the mountains with nice views.

A Peaceful Place

My husband and I and our dear friends really enjoyed our stay at a Peaceful place. The Mountain View was amazing and the condo very nice and clean…everything we needed was supplied and made our stay very nice thank you for all you do!

Great Location for Couples/Small Families

This is a wonderful spot near the Smokys! The beds are comfortable, and everything is clean. It’s perfect for 3-4 people. The view from the screened-in porch is lovely. There are a few quirks, but they didn’t detract from our stay. It’s not a new construction, but it is well maintained. We’ll definitely stay again!

Fit our needs well!

This condo is a good size for two adults and two kids. The facilities were clean -- no need to wash dishes before using them. Bathrooms were clean. Towels and bedding were clean. The pool off the premises was great and quick to get to. Washer and dryer worked, plenty of hot water. We had an issue with the dishwasher: the people before us either used dish soap or laundry soap in it and water and suds seeped out. I went down to the office, only to find out that the office on the premises did not service this unit and was advised to call the property owner's agency; I did this, and the problem was resolved perfectly before we returned for the day. The view off the balcony was great! A couple negatives: 5 teaspoons are not enough for a family. There were plenty of plates and bowls, but not enough spoons. While the stove burners worked, they aren't level and that makes cooking difficult; the oven worked fine. The parking lot can get noisy at times. All in all, it was a good experience.

Enjoyable Getaway

My friends and I had a lovely stay at the Peaceful Place! We all agreed the couch and beds could have been more comfortable. However, the provided amenities were all outstanding. We all have plans to visit again in the future.

Perfect place to stay!

From booking to check out this was the perfect choice! Away from the crowds but close enough to drive for dinner. The condo was a great place to stay without pay the high price of a cabin. Loved having a washer/dryer and equipped kitchen for meal. Will be our new go to location.

Overall a good and quiet stay.

The only trouble we had was the two tv s in the bedrooms did not work well. We called and a guy came out to fix the problem but apparently it didn't work. And the fan in the one bathroom would not work. But the whole experience was still very nice.

Won’t stay at place again!!

Picture makes it look nice but that’s it. Having trouble getting in the place. The couch was terrible. The TVs in the bedrooms didn’t work. The one only had a DVD player in the other room had cable but didn’t work. Then one night was warming stuff up in the microwave and blew a breaker so we had to call maintenance. It was just trouble and a horrible say called the office three different times one night it was just not a good stay left 2 1/2 days early. Asked for a refund and they wouldn’t give me money back on my card. They said they would credit me for another stay next year didn’t want that Said they would call me back never heard back from them, so yeah, will not come back. But the people in the office were friendly and tried to help but with it being private phone, they really couldn’t do anything and I read in the review back in 2022 the breaker tripped one other time so obviously they haven’t fixed it. With the money they’re making they could replace the couch.

Perfect Getaway

Such a beautiful condo with all the necessary amenities. The screened in porch was beautiful and the beds were comfortable. Loved the added touches like bath and kitchen cleaning products. My only suggestion is to provide salt and pepper

Great getaway for our family

We booked our trip last minute and could not be happier with this condo! It was perfect for our family of 4, the screened in porch was a huge hit. There were boxes upon our arrival with all the toiletry items we could need, as well as kitchen/laundry detergents. A very nice touch having the towels folded into swans. We will definitely be back+

Mountain top

We just enjoyed a week in this condo. Everything was as described in the listing. Check in was simple. We reserved the condo the day before we arrived. It was very peaceful and relaxing. We were only about a mile from Ober Gatlinburg. The view at sunset was beautiful. My only suggestion would be to replace the dead bolt or give detailed instructions on how to lock from the inside. There was instructions stating to enter the code and then a check mark, however there was no check mark on the keypad. We figured out how to get it to lock when we would leave the condo, however, the day before we left, we realized the lock on the door did not automatically lock when we had turned the deadbolt inside when we thought it was.
