Just what we needed!

Beautiful and Peaceful!

Everything was near perfect but the construction outside the building did catch me off guard and there were a couple of things inside that could be updated but other that it was very nice and it didn’t take away from the stay or the amazing time we had. Thanks again!

This property was a big disappointment. It needs some serious repairs and updates. The building beside this one is under construction you could hear the work

We had the best stay at this cabin. We had bear visitors in the back or in the parking lot every day that we were there! The view from the balcony was spectacular! We also saw several bears on the drive up the mountain to the condos! It was very clean. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to cook during our stay! There was plenty of space for everyone! Aside from some minor cosmetic repairs needed…this place was perfect! I highly recommend using the Campbell Lead Road route off of the Gatlinburg Bypass RD on the GPS if you’re timid on the smaller roads!
He was hoping someone would throw him something to eat 😂
Looking for something to eat in the wrong dumpster 😂
He didn’t find anything so he went on his way.

Great location and views!

Great views, near Gatlinburg. Steep drive up to summit, not for nervous drivers. Beware of bears all around property at all hours, we saw them every day. Don’t leave cars unlocked or food inside, we saw them open car doors and enter. Property had a few broken items and needs some TLC. Carpets not the cleanest but overall the place was fairly clean and accommodated our family of 8 nicely. Kids love the pools.

Smokies Summit View Review

The property is in a great location, just be prepared for steep mountain roads. We were so fortunate to see many black bears, including cubs which made the stay amazing. The facilities were great and parking was ample. I would note that the property is a nice size, the beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked with essentials. There are some cosmetics that could use some attention such as the flooring by the sliding door, some water marks throughout the property and the plugs were loose, creating some issues charging devices and allowing lights to stay on without flickering. The property owners/managers were excellent, kind, responsive and a pleasure to work with, the price was also a good value.
