I am quite frustrated with STAYMINTY! We had multiple issues at this property including hot tub broken, exterior doors that don’t shut or lock which was scary since we had bears on the patio and property each night, aunts crawling all over kitchen counters, shower handles not working, 2 tv’s that wouldn’t work, blood stains on sheets and rain water pouring in to the living room and one bedroom during rain which I was told to mop up the water and move furniture and curtains so they don’t get damaged. Just what I wanted to do on my vacation. I spent time during each day of our stay dealing with the customer service people who kept promising a call from a supervisor which never happened until the last day only after multiple emails, texts and calls. I asked for some of our money back and was told they have 14 days to get back to me on that and now that time has passed and I’ve heard nothing back despite emailing again. I will NEVER rent from a STAYMINTY property again and don’t recommend it to anyone.
