Everything was great! I am usually a beach person but this house definitely made me want to come back to the mountains! My son loved the pool and theatre room! Will stay again soon!

The cabin was very clean and in a great location! We did loose power our first night for about 8 hours there were no candles or flashlights in the cabin which made it very difficult with children. A lot of our food did go bad as well as we arrived around 9pm and the fridge hadn’t cooled yet with our groceries then the power went out around 12pm. The hot tub was nice but I don’t think it ever got above 100 degrees we did reach out to the company who sent someone very fast but he just told us it would heat up give it more time although it never did. The listing said the pool was heated that is not true the room was warm but the water was ice cold when we reached out to the company they never responded about the pool. Very minimal supplies in the home. Both king beds were very hard and uncomfortable but the bunkbeds were great. We enjoyed our stay but this cabin could definitely use some more work especially for the price.

The house was very nice in which it allowed us to spend time together as a family but also provided enough space for us to spread out. Having an indoor pool along with the outdoor hot tub was areat! Any questions or issues we had, the host was very quick to respond! Very easy access to Gatlinburg and not too bad to get to Pigeon Forge via back roads. Thanks for the great memories!

Our stay at pooling around

Property is great, everything was clean and ready. Pool was ready and the hot tub was hot and ready as well. There were extra towels and blankets available. Nature was amazing and the neighbors quiet.

Beautiful cabin

The cabin was beautiful but lacks somewhat in cleanliness. I spent my first night there mopping floors. Reached out to Aunt bugs rental and was told that they would get to the bottom of it. Whatever that means. I would advise Matt’s for kitchen and entrance of cabin. Hopefully they will get their cleaning issues resolved. I would love to stay again. The pool was a plus for our grands. There was also an ant problem.

Annual family holiday trip

I will start by saying the cabin was very cute, and a nice and quiet location. The neighbors were nice and we chatted with them a lot. BUT the downfall of this cabin was the cleanliness. Upon walking through to get to the main lower level door there were so many leaves on the porch. After walking in you could tell that the floors were dirty but it was the main door and the same level as the pool so I thought they were just stained but the entire cabin had filthy floors, we were sweeping large insects up. The showers did not look clean at all, toilets not clean. There were sooo many ants. I truly don’t believe they cleaned anything from the guests prior. There were still game pieces on the floor from the guest prior I’m assuming. I don’t recommend staying at the this cabin if you want a clean one. The property manager was decent to work with, they provided all the necessary codes and checkout info. But this property was way too expensive for it to not be deep cleaned after each guest.

Unsatisfied

Beware of leaks, ants, and broken pool heaters. Hopefully they got that fixed because it was very disappointing for our three young children not to be able to swim during our stay. The locks to the pool room were also broken during our stay. The fix was to use the key that was missing for us. It was delivered the next morning but it was very inconveniencing for thr pool room to be locked up on our first night.

Great location, beautiful home

This cabin was laid out really well and in a great location. The views are gorgeous and it was super easy to get to downtown gatlinburg from the cabin. We had 1 issue that was promptly taken care of. I liked that the property manager was in contact often throughout our stay and they were easy to get ahold of. We had 2 families with 4 kids and had plenty of space. The floors seemed a bit dirty, so they could benefit from a more thorough cleaning, but everything else was great.

August stay

We had to request housekeeping come and mop the main floor as it looked like it had not been done since last guests. Also requested housekeeping come back and vacuum entire property as again it did not look like it was ever done since last guest. Toilet backed up into shower twice on lower level and ants were an issue in kitchen and main floor bath. Management.responded quickly but wish there wasn’t an issue in the first place.

Not the best vaca experience

The cleanlines of the cabin was not up to my standards. Bathrooms were left very dirty especially in the showers. Whoever cleans them clearly doesn't do a thorough job. We also experienced a malfunctioning hot tub while there and a major leak that involved the indoor pool.It was very inconvenient considereing our party had 2 little ones. I gice my stay at this cabin no more than 1 star.

Excellent Property and Views!

The cabin was excellent and was able to accommodate a large group with small kids. The amenities were great as well. Pool was absolutely clutch with kids! The visitors before us left quite a mess so the cleaning crew had quite a task, and it resulted in us having to do some cleaning ourselves which wasn't ideal, but the management company made it right. There is no gas grill as shown in the pictures, just a charcoal campsite grill. Otherwise the stay was excellent.

Don't waste your time and money!

Wouldn't recommend Aunt bugs to anyone. We booked the cabin called pooling around for the week. We arrived to a disgusting cabin. As soon as we walked in we noticed popcorn, chips, and hair (human and animal) all over the floors and carpets. Hair all over the toilets, showers, and sinks. Kitchen counters had old food/drink residue all over. Fridge handle was covered in sticky stuff and hair all inside. The kitchen sink had food in the drain and gunk in the inside of the sink. Beds looked like they were made with dirty sheets. Some were covered with hair and others had dirt stains along with hair and other questionable stains. Every glass (window, door, mirror, stove, microwave has smudges and finger prints. Heated up food in the microwave and found the same animal hair that was all over the floors on the food that came out of the microwave. Ordered pizza to replace the food we found hair in, only to get the food back to the cabin for more animal hair to make it's way on the pizza. We called the office and spoke to a woman who was very understanding and apologized and said she would send the cleaner back in the morning. We had to sit up until 3 am washing bed sheets so we could go to sleep with clean sheets at least. Our 8 month old walked around on the floor in his walker for all of 5 minutes and his socks were almost black (this was when we first arrived). The next day a lady and her husband show up to clean the cabin for us and all they do is sweep and mop with a mop head t

The property was very clean and not too hard to get to. We didnt have the code to get into the trash containers but all i had to do was call the office. Also we didnt have even 1 garbage bag to replace any. But overall it was a pleasnt experience.

Family Long Weekend

The property has a great view! There is no longer a gas grill, but there’s a park style grill you will need charcoal for. Our kids loved the pool and theatre room!
