The cabin was more than we expected! Communication with the host was excellent! Beautiful decorations, hot tub and fireplace were fabulous after long days of exploring. Extra bonus was the location of the trolly, very convenient to explore Gatlinburg and avoid the parking prices! Would definitely stay here again.

We arrived at the house after dark, and while the driveway is steep and a bit intimidating at first, it is manageable. The cabin itself was clean and well maintained.The main reason we chose this cabin was for the view, and it absolutely did not disappoint. The sunrise was incredible, and the rocking chairs on the deck made it even better—such a peaceful way to start the day.We were hoping to see a bear during our stay, but we may have been a bit early in the season. However, we did get to see a bobcat walk through the yard, which was really special!We didn’t end up using the hot tub, as we preferred spending time enjoying the view. It’s located on the lowest deck, where there isn’t a view.The only minor issues we ran into were with supplies. We stayed for a week and were only provided with two garbage bags, which wasn’t quite enough for a group our size. We were traveling from out of state and didn’t think to bring or purchase extras. There were also only two bath towels per bathroom (six total for eight guests), but we were able to make it work using the washer and dryer and some towels we brought.These were very small inconveniences overall, but I wanted to mention them so future guests can plan accordingly.

There was no heat or hot water on arrival. The showers were mildewed and smelled. There were spots in drywall that had partially repaired holes. The outside furniture was mostly falling apart. The hot tub cover was held together with duct tape.The host was in no hurry to help. Had to get VRBO to provide a hotel. Thought we were being helped by VRBO to move to another cabin to only find out we paid for two places and no refund of a horrible experience.

Enjoyed our stay there. The pools are a great asset, particularly as it was so hot outside. We would hike in the morning and then spent much of the day at the pool with the kids loved. You do need to drive to the pools, but the drive to and from is rather easy and can provide some very scenic spotsThe kids loved the place there was ample TVs, arcade game, shuffleboard, and foosball. The foosball has seen better days but it worked well enough for the kids. The shuffleboard is a bit uneven so it skews one way unfortunately. The grill worked well. I would say if you plan to go in the fall or winter and want to use the fire pit you do need to bring your own propane as there was none there. It is listed, but I think it was listed after we booked the site unless I missed something. Again it was hot we didn’t even use it at night. Hot tub worked but again didn’t use it. It was a fine place to stay and would stay there again.Justin as a host though was fantastic. He was very accessible and quick to respond. Could not ask more from him.

It was advertised as a great view but the hillside was so overgrown you could not see anything. I would recommend you have someone go out and clean up the property. The pull offs were inaccessible due to the overgrowth and it was a bit creepy overall to be outside because everything was so overgrown.Otherwise great property, we were able to enjoy the pool a couple of days and liked the location a lot.

We had an amazing time at this cabin! It was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The setting was beautiful—surrounded by nature and very quiet. The hosts were amazing—super friendly, always available if we had any questions, and their communication was excellent. Highly recommend!!

Amazing space!!! Clean, beautiful location, and easy to get in contact with the host if needed. Nothing like having your morning coffee on either deck with an amazing view of the mountains!!! We also loved all of the fun games in the basement. Will definitely be back!!

We had the best stay! Extremely clean cabin and perfect location! They even provided a pack n play, baby gate, and a high chair since we had two toddlers. Easy to find and in a good neighborhood but still feels private!My only complaint was the firepit being on the top deck off of a bedroom instead of the main living area, other than that everything was perfect! Beautiful mountain stay!

We had an amazing stay, host was very communicative, the property was excellent for our extended family and small kids. We had the most beautiful evenings on the lower deck and in the hot tub, and the best morning coffees and sunrises!
