Lots of wildlife we often see a family of deer and on occasion, we will see a black bear and her cubs.

In addition to condo amenities, our neighborhood hosts 3 pools and a golf course, and for larger events, guests rent space from the neighborhood HOA office at the very top of the mountain.
The condo is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 2 bathrooms, and a balcony, and there's space to spread out with 3 bedrooms. Guests can enjoy a TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a fireplace, a coffee maker, and an ironing board.
