The house was clean and attractive. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful (although we were visited by a bear!). The host was quick to respond whenever I sent him a message. The only negative issue we had was the sewer system was inadequate. Every night after we all took showers, the toilets wouldn't flush.
Preparing breakfast was easy in this nice kitchen.

The place was decent for the price a little too much wood for my taste. The beds need updating the master bed is a bit wore out. Did notice cobwebs in the bathroom around the wall. A little more attention to cleaning would help. If there wasn’t a better option I would stay there again. Like I said not bad for the price.

The overall stay was good. There were 5 of us so lots of room to spread out when needed. It is also really close to downtown so it's not far to drive and maybe walk. It's also right at the end of the Roaring Fork Motor nature trail. The host was really helpful and responsive when we had to reach out due to some minor issues with a breaker that tripped and not having the right lock code for the door when we first arrived, but no problems after that. A quick call fixed both issues. My only complaint would be that the king mattress and pillows need to be updated. The bed had the indentions of where others have lain and the pillows were very flat. I can't speak for the other rooms where my kids were staying, but they didn't complain about anything. The house was very clean as well and the kitchen was sufficient for everything we needed to do. It was also convenient that there is a washer and dryer so we could wash our clothes before leaving. My wife really enjoyed being there and would probably want to stay again the next time we visit this area.

We had a re-enactment of our family vacation in Gatlinburg many years ago. My husband and I met our adult children there for a few days to walk down memory lane. Perfect house for it. So big with a bedroom for everyone and two nice bathrooms. Location was a very quick drive to restaurants and shopping. And the bears! That was actually the highlight of our trip! My daughter arrived in a rental car late at night and forgot to lock her car. The next morning, her car door was open but no damage…door just hanging ajar. Early the next morning, the culprit walked around our yard and through our neighbor’s yards while we watched from the porch for a good half hour! He walked ten feet from us and was huge. My husband is a hunter in Michigan but had never been so close to a wild bear for so long. It was fun!Overall, an experience so much better than a hotel.

Our overall experience with fantastic. It is close enough you can walk to the strip. The home is clean. The only down part was the HDMI’s were on the very back of the tv’s so it was hard to plug fire sticks or our Xbox. One of our chairs outside and a crack broke when I sat in it due to them being plastic. We will definitely be renting again in our future visits

Great escape! Wonderful communication!

The property is as advertised, and my kids especially appreciated that they had their own rooms and beds! What really sets this experience apart is the communication and help from the property manager! They are through, helpful, and timely with their information and assistance. We had a great time!

Loved it! We were there for a soccer tournament and had 8 people in the house, we all had space. The house is in a beautiful, quiet area. There’s a creek down the street that you can walk to. As soon as we put our things in the house we walked down to it. The house is in a perfect location, couple mins from the downtown area and about 10 mins from the soccer stadium. Pigeon Forge was about 15-20 mins away, we had games there

Shared home during weekend sports tournament at Rocky Top

We shared this house with one other family during a weekend lacrosse tournament at Rocky Top Sports World. It was a perfect alternative to staying at a hotel that allowed us the ability to have home cooked meals and peace and quiet for a good nights sleep. This home was close to grocery stores for picking up forgotten essentials. It was close enough to Rocky Top that we were even able to drive back over in between games to dry gear and uniforms after a downpour during one of the games. It is just a few minutes from downtown Gatlinburg. Very convenient if you do want to go for a meal, shop, and to walk the town, hike, or venture north to Pigeon Forge for the many attractions offered there as well. It’s a simpler option than many of the other cabins in the area but perfect for families just looking for a quiet and convenient location during their stay.
