The full kitchen and cleanliness were nice. But the working outdoor pool was closed and the other was under construction. I wish we would have known this since we were. During doe spring break.

Very spacious unit, comfortable, clean. Looks like our unit was partly renovated which looked nice. Some areas had old wallpaper that was starting to bubble with water damage stains - prob will be next. The gym unfortunately was too small, no weights. It’s just what you see in the pictures. Staff was excellent! Very accommodating!

It was okay for what it was and the price. Had a nice kitchenette, but was a little crowded with the table and all the chairs around it. Also had a gas fireplace that we used most of the time, but has a timer and shuts off after an hour. Tried to use the fireplace more than the heating unit due to the people underneath us smoking weed all night and getting sucked in through the unit and filling up our bedroom. Found that the kitchen sink was clogged up, the toilet seat was dirty, and there were spiderwebs all in the corner of the walls and ceiling. You can tell that the older units are not priority over the newer Resort they built right down the street.

Was a great location. When checking in was told hot water issues but leave run for a while and will eventually get hot.…luke warm to cold yeah never hot. Stayed in 3 bd condo...there was alot of leftover stuff under the beds and room was presentable clean but definitely not clean and elevators were not cleaned the 5 day stay...same garbage in corners .

Room was great! Kids loved wrap around balcony and the large tubs. Within walking distance of the gatlinburg strip, but far enough away to be quiet. Very clean and affordable! Will definitely come back.

Unit was very nice and recently redecorated. It's a shame they didn't upgrade the shower and fixtures in the bathroom. Also, we were really looking forward to the gas logs since it was a cold snowy weekend but they didn't work. We would stay there again though.

The staff is always so nice. And the rooms are clean but I did notice some mold in the sink and the tub could have been cleaner. But other than that I love staying here and will be back very soon!
