Poor quality

The experience was very disappointing. Within 5 minutes of arriving we checked the hottub and it was cold. This was the main reason for getting a cabin as we wanted a private hotub. I called it in and a maintenance man arrived saying theres nothing he can do and it wont be fixed during our stay. Once we unpacked we noticed the pull out couch was broke and sitting on the floor. It was leaning forward so we couldnt sit and relax. I had to sit at the kitchen table to watch tv. I also called this in and the customer service said nothing can be done. I asked to be moved and they wouldnt do it. I would not recommend this company to anyone as they are just money hungry and dont care about the quality of your stay.
