The property mgmt company was great. They allowed me to bring a third dog (they only allow 2 but it didn’t specify that on the listing). I was able to book this rental last minute and it was very spacious and had good kitchenware and amenities but seemed to be missing some important items like a cheese shredder and drip coffee maker. The home is plain but came with a very nice hot tub. The rooms were clean and spacious. The house just needs some love and maybe some wall art and new pillows. The only real issues we had was the distance to downtown Gatlinburg. It was about 12 miles. Good rental for the money.

All amenities were in good order. Layout was very convenient. Hot tub was great! Location very convenient to town and restaurants. Had a wonderful time!

The owners have done a wonderful job with the property that they have. It is clean and is well stocked for what you will need. The only issue I really had was the veribiage used in the listing and the actual location. It is in the middle of a RV camp ground. And there is a ton of noise from the highway. Yes at the very bottom of the listing it states this but to me it is deceptive in that it appears to be reviews and not information about the listing. I did not feel safe and we stayed inside at night, etc.

The location was perfect, only 12 miles out from the city. The home was very clean, spacious and accommodated everyone well. I had a few things that I could complain about but not worth taking a star away. Overall, the stay was great, my family was happy and I would definitely book again in the future.

Very accommodating! Having two master bedrooms is really nice for having two families. This home can accommodate 2 families very comfortably. . This owner has really gone the extra mile to make your stay pleasant. There were a few small things that were so helpful, such as, nightlights, a pack'n play, a air-conditioning unit in the rooms that didn't cool off as fast, a small playground for the kids, ice maker, etc.Things I loved: Super close to the poolTwo different creeks the kids to explore Large TVs4 nice bathroomsTwo giant jacuzzi tubsThe attached carportPlenty of space inside for the kids to run around on rainy days.Very comfortable bedsThings I would have liked to have:A DVD player in one of living roomsMore toys in the recreation hall.
