Terrible experience for $1,300/night. AC broke multiple times, power outages, yelling at night, rude concierge, poor housekeeping, lies about the shuttle, and hair in food. Amazing hotel! Absolutely loved staying here, it was so quiet and peaceful and was only a 5 min drive from the city and the shuttle took you to and from the city 24/7. The staff was incredible. I for sure will stay here again!

The grounds were beautiful. The rooms were nice enough. The bellmen and chauffeur drivers were very nice and polite. The negative was that we didn’t like the demeanour of the front desk staff. We arrived to the hotel after a long day of travelling, it was 11am wanted to check into our room which was ready at the time but they demanded charging us 300 euros for an early check in. I’ve never seen this before despite constantly travelling all around the world. It just gave us a negative immediate impression of the resort and then they would try and charge us everywhere they could. The service at the restaurant was quite slow but the drink and food quality was good.

This property is definitely not a 5 star hotel ( it can be considered as a clean 3.5 star hotel)!! Everything is very old and rusty specially the bathrooms. Overall it’s very overpriced for what it offers!
