House is situated right on the lake. The views from inside and outside are gorgeous. Was such a beautiful location to sit and relax. It’s a steep and curvy drive to get to the house. Will take a good 15 mins to just get from the main road to the house so we only left or came back during daylight. House is cozy and stocked with everything you need. Host super responsive and helpful. Downstairs is cold in the winter because of the big windows, a fire was nice down there. Try to park at the top of the gravel driveway because the gravel is steep and hard to get out of. Little challenging for unloading. Overall it was a fantastic stay!

This was the best week we have had in a while. The view alone was 5Stars, just spectacular! We cooked many meals during the week and we had everything we needed. We enjoyed the fire pit while roasting marshmallows and stargazing. We didn’t think we were going to get on the water because the boat rentals were closed for the season but we used the kayaks and got our fishing in! My son caught a large stripped bass. It made his day!!! All around a great time. Bill was so easy to contact and he responded so quickly. We had no issues. We will definitely stay here again.

We are friends that get together every year. We had a wonderful time exploring NW Arkansas and Branson. The Cottage was perfect with a spectacular view and so much space for all of us. Even though our weather was hit and miss it was still lovely. I plan to come back in the summertime when we can enjoy exploring the lake by boat. You won’t be disappointed booking this beautiful Cottage on the lake

Sounds crazy but we were impressed by all the extra amenities that were there . Things that one would typically have to bring with or go buy at the store. Very impressive and quite helpful by not having to make extra trips to the store which gave us more time to enjoy the property.

This was our 2nd time staying here and we will be back. Everything you could want and more. The kitchen has top notch appliances and every window has a beautiful view of the lake. I loved watching all the deer, rabbits, squirrels and birds. Bill and Jen are wonderful hosts. If you ever get to Beaver Lake this is the place to stay.

We stayed for 5 nights in mid-August. The house was lovely, extremely comfortable and exactly as advertised. We were so happy playing in the crystal clear lake all day, that we only left the house once for a fun day trip to adorable Eureka Springs. Try to stock up on your way to the house so that you won’t have to make a lot of trips.

We had an excellent stay at this property and enjoyed the house, as well as the lake! We were impressed by all of the offerings the house had for use in the water, as well as utensils and kitchen items available to visitors. We typically tend to pack a lot of extra items that may be needed for a comfortable stay, but I would recommend getting to the house and assessing what is available before buying additional items :) beautiful and comfortable house, and lovely property. My husband, dog and I stayed here for my birthday week. It was wonderful. We loved playing in the beautiful clear lake and having a nice deck to come back to for having lunch or dinner before going back to the water. The house has all the amenities you could need for a stay. They had plenty of spices to cook with, ziploc bags, foil, wax paper, cling wrap, and lots of plates, cups, silverware and utensils for cooking. The house is very cute and set up for larger groups if you have them. We stayed during a time of meteor showers and it was amazing being able to sit on the deck in the dark and see so many stars and meteors! Lastly, the beautiful sunrises, sunsets and amount of wildlife we saw during our stay was worth every penny!

What a view!

This is the 3rd time booking with Bill & Jennifer at Beaver Lake. Their properties are spotless and they have all amenities required to make our stay pleasant and enjoyable. We especially loved the openness of this lake home with stunning views! We appreciated having the kayaks for early morning peace and beauty on the lake. Absolute perfection!

We have stayed at 6 different properties on Beaver Lake and we are all in agreement that this is our new number 1! The view and proximity to the water cannot be beat! The lake was high during our stay so most of the private beach area was submerged but it really had little effect on our experience. The owners provided kayaks, chairs, a Lilly pad, rafts, and more! We enjoyed fires in the fire pit twice. Check in and communication was easy peasy. Beds were comfortable other than the primary room, which was a little hard. The TV was kinda difficult to work but really, who needs a tv when you have a view like that! Kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed, even had a cheese grader. It was a perfect vacation for our group of 6 adults!

Weekend stay

Our stay was great! We had 6 adults from a Friday-Sunday. The kitchen was stocked well with utensils/appliances. The home was very clean and had plenty of space to hang out with friends and also have alone space. There is a lot of outdoor areas with beautiful lake views. The kayaks were easy to access and get in/out of the water. The area the house is in seemed relatively quiet-a handful of boats and a few jet skis but it was definitely not a wild boating area which was perfect.

Nice place to stay

Great views and easy access to lake! The properly is clean and comfortable. We really enjoyed the deck (nice chairs to relax ) and fire pit. My son and granddaughter loved the kayaks.

Beaver Lake perfection

The property was everything we thought it would be and more. The owners paid attention to all detail (minor and major), it was very clean, and the views, especially in the morning, were outstanding. Wish we could have spent a few more days there. Highly recommended!
