Love this condo!

We've been visiting Galveston for years, and always book condos at The Victorian. This was, by far, my favorite condo that we've stayed in. Not only is it adorable, but its on the 1st floor and the patio is amazing. We'll definitely book this one again!

Horrible Nasty Property

This place is old, smelly, and not clean. Most elevators do not work so if you cannot do stairs do not stay here. Our room was full of flies the entire time. Just don't stay here! Alot of money to be so miserable.

Girls trip

It was great. Good size patio. View of the ocean and pool. The only thing that made our trip not enjoyable was the hours of the pool. I am an early riser and I got to drink my coffee on the patio, but then I was going to head to the pool for some relaxation and drink my coffee while it was quiet and it was closed til like 9:30 or 10 and the hot tub was closed as well .. sure hated that . Would have made my trip alot better had those amenities been open just a little bit earlier. The condo was great:)

I loved this condo. It’s really hard to find one with a balcony big enough for the whole family to sit and eat together, but this one was perfect. The whole atmosphere was really nice. It was well stocked with basically everything we needed, from toilet paper to even coffee and water! I was so happy to see that they already had hand soap, dish soap, bug spray, board games, among other things that I thought I would have to purchase before I got there. The only thing that brings it from 5 stars to 4 was they definitely need a new housekeeper. Crumbs under the couch, table, and bunk beds so the sweep job wasn’t great. The dishes that were supposed to be clean and ready for use were also very dirty. But besides that, I really enjoyed my stay here and so did the whole family.

Great spot

The location was great and the condo very clean. The property manager was helpful and very quick to respond to any issues and questions. The only complaint I had was the property wifi, it was very spotty if there was any connection. We wanted to stream some movies after a long day at the beach and it wasn’t possible. I recommend bringing a hot spot if you need to work remotely or plan on steaming.

Cozy Convenient Beachside Condo

The condo was clean and organized upon arrival, and the kitchen was well stocked with kitchenware for a vacation rental. The check in process was easy and smooth. A hairdryer was listed as a provided item but I soon realized there wasn't one and so I contacted the phone number given and had good communication to get a hairdryer within a reasonable time. Located right next to a Walmart, gated community, and although you would still need to cross the street to get to the beach it is still super close. I would recommend this condo as a solid option for a group of 4 considering a Galveston vacation!

Ridiculous

We first get there the pin don’t work! Get charged a deposit 2 times of $300! On top of that the balcony door was not working the first day we got there! I took pictures and took 2 days for it to be fixed! I would never stay here again!

Overall area and stay was nice. The ONLY huge impact of negative was that I was not able to control the air condition temperatures our whole stay. I am type 1 diabetic & heat effects me. As I cleaned the place leaving on the last day, the temp in the room was 79. I contacted host & found out that 72 is the lowest setting. Also that I could not control the thermostat.

Good location, good price

The location is great. We loved that the ocean was just across the street and Walmart was right next door to us. Restaurants were close by as well. Check in was really easy and front desk was friendly. Property was clean and everything was in working order. We would stay here again.

Awesome room and location!!! Super clean and kid friendly.

It was great!!! Wish we had more time to stay. The emails regarding our room number were confusing however, one email had the wrong room number. The office were great and it was easily resolved!
