Great communication from the host! Instructions were simple and easy to follow. The loft was clean and comfortable. We were right on the strand, exactly where I wanted to be for food and live entertainment. Best part was the distance from pier 25! I usually stay at the Harbor House because of the walk-ability. This loft was basically the same distance! Just be aware of the long staircase, if you have mobility issues.

Small studio - sleeps two comfortably. Wonderful communication with hosts and in a great location! Would def rent again if needing to stay one or two nights.

Great property for a quick overnight stay. Quiet neighborhood. Within easy walking distance to the strand and other neighborhood spots that we frequent when in the area. I would recommend staying here.

We came in from California and stayed at this property twice while finding a long term rental. This place was very clean and cozy. Perfect for two people. The strand is walking distance which was really nice, we were able to walk to a lot of places. Communication was extremely easy and fast. I’d definitely stay here again
