Lovely

Very nice, little place, GREAT water pressure in the shower. Relaly beautiful view. It will look even better once they finish remodeling the pool. Super cute and comfy.

Family Getaway

Great property close to the beach and great restaurants. Riptide current kept us out of the Gulf but the pool on the property was amazing.

Greats stay a beach time vacations.

The stay was overall pretty good. A few minor things could be better but Michelle’s made everything great and responded very quickly. There are a a few renovations going on but nothing that is a bother. Thanks to Michelle and great communication everything was great and and would recommend this company to others.

Great location, great condo!

We really enjoyed our stay! The condo was super clean and had lovely finishes. It worked perfectly for two adults and three kids. The pools were clean and perfect temp. We really appreciated the location and also having a dog park on property for our pup. Thanks!!!

AMAZING CONDO!!!

Pelican Place II is a beautiful, clean, updated, PERFECT condo for a small family who wants to enjoy everything Galveston has to offer! The location is minutes from the waterpark, tons of great restaurants & a 2 minute walk to the beach. The balcony overlooks the amazing pool, which was so relaxing. The pool was so nice b/c it was never over crowded & they allow kids to bring their pool toys & floats. I cannot say enough wonderful things about this condo & the host was so helpful & easy to contact! One of our best VRBO experiences ever!! Thanks Michelle!!

This Condo was wonderful, beautiful and we would stay here again. Only problem was the people above us sounded like their were moving furniture all night and day. Also people above were dropping trash, beer cans, food, and toys down onto our balcony. This condo is in a good location at the resort.

Spring Break

Stayed here for spring break and loved it! There was a slight issue with the check in process, but we were able to communicate to the host and resolve the issue relatively quickly. Overall, it was a great stay!

Maravilla Pelican Place II

Rental process was fairly easy. Only real issue was with the Couch sleeper mattress that needs to be replaced as very thin/worn and not comfortable. Couch needs to be cleaned as very dirty with visual stains. Parking spots are very tight and limited. Pools were great and happy to be able to use balcony!

The condo was just as we expected. The couch really does need updating. The microwave never worked. They sent someone out to try to fix it but they couldn’t so we had to try to warm everything up in the oven, kinda disappointing. The linens were very clean. The property grounds on the other hand was disappointing. The elevator rarely worked. The trash bins were over flowing and rodents were present and visible on the property. They are dog friendly but in only very limited area’s.

Good with a few hiccups

Condo faced the pool. Accommodations were nice. Microwave did not work TV - not good apparently the bill needed to be paid to direct Tv Since there were just 2 adults these issues were not that big, but could have been if you had kids.

Close to Galveston attractions

We enjoyed our stay at the Maravilla condo. The one bedroom (with additional built-in bed and fold-out couch) was adequate for our family of four, especially since we weren’t there very much during our stay. The kitchen was well stocked with essentials and useful appliances. We also liked the swimming pools on-site. A few minor things - the luggage carts are getting worn, and the elevator was unpredictable. The only light in the bedroom is the overhead light, which is quite bright when reading at night. Though space is tight, a skinny lamp or wall mounted lights by bed would be a welcome addition.

Great Stay

We had a great stay. Our lock code didn’t work when we got there, but the property manager was easy to contact and she gave us an alternative code to get in. She was honest about the internet not always working and gave us the ability to connect to another network. Close to everything and easy to get to!

Senior get away

A bit of a walk to get to the beach, it wasn't across street as advertised. But it was just a small drive. Great food and fun with in driving distance. Great pools. Elevator was a bit scary tho.
