Very good communication with host. Donna has a very nice place and keeps it immaculately clean. We would love to stay here again! The pools and hot tubs are perfectly heated for the weather. Great location.

The condo was exceptionally clean. Comfortable beds, small bathrooms, but OK, otherwise. Nice, comfortable furniture inside and out. Checkout very easy.Only negative was woman who provided parking pass was very rude. She was sitting on the couch in the office, aka, a condo, using her cellphone. She was unfriendly and curt with her answers, as if it was an inconvenience for her to be waiting on paying guests.

Condo check-in/check-out was super easy with the door code. It was clean and well stocked with towels and kitchen items which was great. The balcony was nice and we loved the pool area of the property. We would stay here again.

The place itself was updated nicely. The property itself was old and grungy. You can tell that it is probably the oldest around the area. The elevator was HORRIBLE! It was old and dirty. It looks like the property is being updated and it needs it badly. I have to say the pools were clean and very nice. The check in process is not good at all. All places I have stayed before you did it all online but at this place you have to go check in at the office. I got there late and the office wasn’t open so I had to wait until the next day. When I went I had to wait because the person wasn’t at the office. The responsiveness of the owner was slow at times. I had an issue and had to wait hours for a response.

Came as a family, and we all enjoyed it fully. Property is clean and quiet. Pool is very nice. The kiddie pool is perfect! Short little walk to the sea wall and mini golf! We will rebook again!!

Condo overlooking the beach

The condo was in a nice location with views of the beach . The balcony was big with plenty of nice chairs to enjoy the views of the gulf . The Condo was beautiful inside with plenty of sheets , towels , and items to start your trip . The only downside was two of the elevators weren’t working and stairs were a killer but we adjusted to them . The front of the property was in disarray due to the renovation process. The description was accurate with details of the remodel as well as a non working elevator . We would definitely stay here again ! The pool was very nice as well as the hot tub . The owner was quick to respond and very cordial. Thank you for a wonderful trip!

Close to the beach

We drove from STL area. Elevator was broken several times during our stay. We weee unaware we would have to cross a 4- lane busy road with no crosswalk to get to the beach each day. That was a bit dangerous. We liked how close we were to restaurants and entertainment. We felt safe. Pool area was beautiful. Staff was friendly and visible.

Beautiful Setting for Much Needed Rest

We needed time away, to relax & recoup…this place is located a little further away from everything which is nice in most aspects because it’s not crowded on the beach or at the beautiful pools! You need a car & we chose not to have one but they do recommend one. We agree after doing without! The place inside is fantastic & they supply it all except beach chairs! Loved the condo & pools! Outside is dated but they are working on updating it & again the pools are perfect! We were very pleased!

Small but VERY clean condo

We were amazed at the cleanliness of this little property. We thought we had a son bringing his fur daughter with him so that was our purpose of renting this unit. Everything was as described in pictures on the web site. There were ample towels and all supplies were laid out in the areas to be used. Any dishes we used were also clean and I wish my Whilpool dishwasher were as quiet as this one. The complex was under construction but everything was well planned and instructions to sign in were all very well understandable. We think this unit might be better suited to young people vs our 80 & 83. The furniture in the living room was hard for us old but we think fit people to get up from . When we had 4 people there eating and game playing was pretty tight. I must compliment the owner who suceeded in better than average supplies right down to the Keurig Coffeemaker which we are used to in our own home.

Beautiful condo

Me and my family really enjoyed staying here and had so much fun being able to spend quality time with each other and have fun. My dad wanted to book another 2 nights and did so under one of Donna’s other properties! Only issue we had was spacing, I think for the amount of people we had, it made a difference in that but other than that, it was great staying here for Christmas and we hope to book again soon!

Condo exceeded the expectations

The complex is undergoing renovations, but the pools on the grounds were awesome and it has a resort vibe. The unit we staying in was super cute, renovated well, and had a spectacular view. The first day we were nervous because it seemed like the ocean was right up to the seawall, but that's only because it was high tide. The owner or the property manager was super responsive and checked in to see how things were going. You never know what a property will be like before you actually get there, but this property is a 10/10 and we look forward to staying there again!

Older generation getaway

The condo was great. Great communication with property management. Only downside was the hotel next door blocking a perfect view of the sunrise. Still could see the gulf though & that was awesome.

Great Place to Make Memories

This property is so cute and has excellent views. The host is absolutely outstanding and super easy to communicate with. My family enjoyed our stay here…the layout of the condo is quite impressive and extremely accommodating. We loved our stay. Would recommend to anyone looking for great views, spacious accommodation at an affordable price.
