Staff at check in a gentleman I don’t recall his name now but he was very friendly and helpful especially when I asked for a early check in he was really nice and helped me out of a difficult spot having thought that I was booking for the day previously passed by and booked for the next day by mistake but he was a lifesaver and was able to help me out with a early check in and I was really grateful and very thankful for him having his act together and provided excellent support for us Thank goodness for his service and professionalism.Misty

The room was disgusting, there was a wet towel crumpled up next to the sink, the shower was visibly dirty with hair and soap, there is a hole in the door to the bathroom, no hot water in the sink or shower. And I made this reservation over 4 months ago and was still placed in a room above the laundry room that vibrated the whole room for hours on end.
