The whole process from beginning to end and the communication with Manager was easy. The building staff was very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay very much!

I liked the location on the Seawall, close to things we wanted to see and do. The balcony view awesome. Unit was very clean, we had zero issues, check-in was super easy. We look forward to staying here again.

We've stay at this building before. Like the view and location to everything. Great place to stay. Watched the dolphins from our balcony a couple of mornings. Good value for our money.

Fantastic location with amazing view

Overall really great condo. Could be cleaner, mattresses could certainly be better and condo could benefit from a little TLC. But offers amazing view, location is prime and host/manager is fantastic and very accommodating.

Very roomy and laid out nicely. The huge amount of balcony was great! Especially enjoyed waking up to see the water without getting out of bed. Get up early, the sunrise is glorious!!

We had a great time. The beds were comfortable. Everything was clean and easy to use. Only complaint was having to plug everything in when we got there…lamps and wifi.

It was great time at the lone star rally. Great view from the condo. It does get hot with the sun coming through the windows and the AC doesn’t keep up very well. Other then that it was great place to stay.

Incredible view

We enjoyed being able to look over the water. And watching the ships lining up at night to go to the Houston ship channel was fun. My mom has mobility issues and this was the perfect place to stay for her. Great location that made going to get food easy. The staff at by the Sea condominiums were absolutely wonderful. It was fun trying to remember how to use the old microwave, which worked great. It was a good trip.

Very nice stay

We had a great stay. The property is as described in the listing. It is comfortable for a large family or two small families with room to spread out. The kitchen is well appointed with multiple coffee machines including a Keurig. The views of the gulf and beach from the living area and two smaller bedrooms are great, and the large balcony makes the stay. The property and parking area are well maintained. The check-in and check-out process was seamless and the management is very communicative. Highly recommended.

Fabulous people!!!!

This was a girls/moms weekend with friends coming from across the country. Donna was beyond fabulous with not only communication but with service! We had a couple hic ups, (doesn’t all travel?) the communication was amazing and allowed us to spend our trip without any problems. This location is right on the beach, had room for everyone and was super clean. 100% recommend!!!!!

Best Sister's Galveston Trip ever!

Condo was much nicer than the pictures shown on VRBO at booking. The owners just finished a complete update of the condo prior to our stay and it was very beautifully done. Two of the 3 bedrooms and the living area have balconies looking out on the Gulf -- Pelicans fly right by the windows! We come to Galveston every year and this was our favorite place to stay so far with the best view yet. The booking agent, Cathie, was great and answered all questions promptly. The complex had lots of parking & staff in lobby all the time. No stairs to climb, elevators & luggage carts available to load & unload in one trip. The location is perfect for all the things we like to do. We really enjoyed this condo and hope to come back again often.
