Wonderful experience

Seahorse is a beautiful house with lots of amenities. The beach is within walking distance. Our family thoroughly enjoyed making memories of our granddaughter’s first 4th of July!!

We enjoyed our stay at the Seahorse property. View from máster bedroom was gorgeous. The house was very clean and well stocked.

Beautiful home

We absolutely fell in love with this place!! So spacious and well taken care of. We had everything we needed from cookware to towels. Such a great location and even though it’s close to the road it’s quiet and cozy inside.

Great House!

The house is located right on the busy road so the road noise was loud at times but it was a beautiful house with lots of space and very clean. Just a short distance to the beach. Will stay there again one day.

Check in was great.. communication was excellent, property was beautiful.. a little far from the sea wall and the street blocked out the sounds of the beach but overall it was an enjoyable lil getaway

Beautiful home with great layout and everything we needed for a quick family getaway. Lots of extras included with gas grill, beach chairs, games & dvd’s and ample supplies. Beach access very close & walkable.

Beautiful beach house

I loved the layout of this house. The balconies had very nice chairs where we really enjoyed drinking our coffee. The traffic was a little noisy, but we were close to the beach, and the house itself was beautiful and very well equipped.

Much Needed Relaxation

I was pleasantly surprised by this property. I wasn’t expecting it to be so spacious! My family and I had a great time and enjoyed the beautiful view with easy access to the beach. My only recommendation is to make sure you check the location and how far from the other end of the island it is, most everything is roughly 20 minutes away.I will definitely be coming back again!

Beautiful beach house and great location!

I highly recommend this beach house! Any time we come to the Galveston we go down this way to the beach instead of the seawall. This beach house is right across the street from a beach access where the beach isn’t as crowded. We walked to the beach each time we went. Outside property was clean and secure. Inside the house was very nice and clean as well. Exactly like the pictures. Supplied well in case you forgot something. It was very relaxing and will definitely be booking again

Best Vacation Ever

Could not be more pleased with this place. We got a really great deal last minute. It wasn’t our first choice as it’s a bit out-of-the-way from the seawall but once we arrive, we realize this was the best place we could’ve possibly ever imagined the location is across the street from the beach. You can see the ocean from the deck as you sit and drink your coffee in the morning the furniture was tastefully decorated. They had absolutely every cooking gadget you could think of. We are definitely definitely coming back here next year I think this is gonna be our rental for a lifetime now.

Great house but a few issues

The house itself is a great house. Great location across the street from the beach with easy access. Some great restaurants between the house and town which is about a 20 minute drive. This house allows pets so it should have better cleaning service to eliminate hair. Biggest issue we encountered and what lowered our rating was the number of bugs and the poor response from the management company.

Beautiful home with Roaches

The home and location were beautiful BUT there were lots of roaches. I went and bought spray on Thanksgiving, but we were uncomfortable and roaches survived. Mgmt sent someone over with combat roach traps and that was all. I can’t believe such a beautiful home was having this problem.

Know Before You Go…

The furnishings, appliances, beach access, beach accessories, and outdoor game area were all nice, helpful, and enjoyable. Keypad to access the property was not working and property management service was polite but not helpful. Due to broken pad we did not get in until 3 hrs after we arrived and late check out was refused despite it. The property manager was aware of it being broken per previous property review on same issue. Know that if you choose this property and have issues, you’ll have to wait a while for a response. It is by a busy highway with a lot of emergency vehicle noise.
