Enjoy our new heated pool & large bubbly hot tub plus splash pad! 5 stars from EVERY guest!! Extraordinary is what you will say about your stay at Eat Sleep Beach! This beautiful condo has all the amenities your need to have a fabulous beach vacation where you can EAT SLEEP and do the BEACH!! This updated condo provides everything for an unforgettable stay. Enjoy the beach and lake views from your den or furnished and fully accessible balcony. The den features a lovely queen sleeper sofa with a chaise lounge, smart 48" TV and 1 additional chair. Washer & dryer provided in condo. Stainless full size appliances and all cooking supplies are provided. The bathroom features an over-sized shower, granite counter top. A set of 6 soft bath towels, hand towels and wash clothes and sheets are provided plus 4 beach towels. This condo sleeps 6.

The Maravilla has one of the largest pools on Galveston Island! There are 3 pools, one heated a hot tub and exercise room with ocean view! We are very dog friendly with a dog park and shower.

**As you enter the complex, you might notice a small construction project at the very
front. This is no where near this condo!

BRINGING YOUR DOG: We welcome dogs so if you would like to bring your pet with you, please send a request with the type and weight and we will send you the approval. Please add PET to your reservation. Our non-refundable pet fee is $150 plus tax for two dogs up to 35 pounds each. NOTE: If you bring a pet that you have NOT paid for, this is in violation of our House Rules and you could be asked to leave with no refund.

This condo is 521 beautiful square feet and while it does sleep 4 in beds, we only recommend this condo for a maximum of 2 adults and 2 children.

The Maravilla Resort is located at the Western end of the Seawall in Galveston. Many of our repeat guests think this is the perfect location to access everything fun in Galveston! We are close to multiple beaches for you to discover. You can see the heated pool from the balcony. The Western side of the complex has 2 more gorgeous pools, and a hot tub. Our grounds are absolutely beautiful with many tropical palms and is what many guests love about staying here.

We offer year around availability for your winter getaways in Texas. Month long rates are available in January and February. Come visit Texas and enjoy the seaside town of
Galveston!

This entire condo and private bath is accessible to the guest. Upon booking you will get a confirmation letter with many details and then 3 days before your stay, a code for the front door is provided so a key is not needed.

We want your experience to be fantastic! We are available by text or phone for anything you need but will not be contacting you during your stay unless needed.

There is a lot to do within walking distance. Beaches are all around. Jimmy's on the Pier is a lovely restaurant and popular fishing pier about a block down. There is a go-cart track behind the complex(no noise can be heard from the condo). The movie theater is nearby. All the popular Galveston attractions are 5 to 10 minutes away. Cruise ship terminals are about a 15 minute drive.

Galveston Trolley is available at $1 per ride accessible at 81st St.
Uber & Lyft are available also.
Parking on the Seawall is available for a fee.
Fee: $1 / hour, not to exceed $8 / day, yearly passes available*
Operation: 10 AM – 6 PM, 7 days a week, 365 days per year

At the complex, there is ample covered parking for a $10 fee per car per day. You can pay the front office upon arrival or the next morning if arriving after hours. Parking is capped at $70 per month.
The condo is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and a balcony, and there's space to spread out with a separate bedroom. Guests can expect to find free WiFi and a Smart TV with a DVD player. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a sofa bed, and a fenced private yard. Limited housekeeping is available.

This was the perfect space for our family. Checking in was super easy and they were even amazing and worked with us arriving a little early which was a huge help having the kids with us. Clean and well stocked place. The owner was very communicative. The decor is super cute and beds are comfortable. The balcony with a pool and ocean view was a nice bonus. Ask about elevators before you book because they were all three broken this weekend and this unit is 3rd floor.

Our stay was perfect! The condo is exactly as advertised. everything inside is matched to a T and you feel like you're in your own little paradise. The condo sleeps for comfortably. The kiddos are 14 year old girls so it was a tad crowded with just 1 bathroom but I was aware of that before hand. Next time I will go larger.

Found this condo last minute heading to the bike rally. Booked it and so glad we did. We have stayed at different locations in Galveston. This is the top favorite above them all. Host was great at responding. Check in and out was simple. This will be the first place we will ever look at when booking. Condo was perfect. By far the cleanest we ever had. Washer and dryer located inside. Cute decorations but it didn't take over the condo. We couldn't get over the fact last minute booking but THE BEST. will definitely book over and over.

If I could give more than 5 stars I would. We loved it! The condos are only a short drive from everything but far enough that it's quiet. There is a beautiful view of the ocean and we got to watch the sun rise from the balcony. All weekend the kids kept saying how much they loved the room. We will definitely be back.

Very well stocked with things I didn’t even think I needed, muffins to bake, paper plates, real plates.. very good quality shampoo and conditioner that didn’t leave your hair feeling dry! We left some charcoal for the next guest! Good location, I traveled with a 1 yr old and 4 yr old so we did not walk to cross the street to get to the beach. Twin beds fit an adult..

This condo was lovely. We thoroughly enjoyed the ocean view from the balcony. The beds were comfy, the bathroom was accommodating, and this was THE most well-stocked rental I've ever stayed in. Very well thought out with every necessity. Cooking in the kitchen was flawless. We appreciated that there were games, movies, and books available as well. This location on the island is one of the best places to be, and we will be back here again. Thank you so much for sharing this wonderful beach condo! We look forward to returning!
